Exactly as advertised. The unit was in great condition, in a great location, check-in & check-out process was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. My family and I loved the place and had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again.

I loved this condo! It was perfect for my friends. 3 bedrooms with each bath was great. The view was amazing. It was clean. Communication was great. Location was ideal for us. I would definitely stay here again.

My adult daughter, grandson and I decided last minute to take a quick trip to the beach. A coworker suggested staying at this location, which is a wonderful spot. The beds were very comfortable and check in was uneventful.. We arrived late (around 10pm) on a Friday and immediately took showers and turned in for the night. My daughter told me Saturday morning that her bathroom had a plumbing problem. During her shower the water was not draining and bubbling up with murky water. She immediately got out and saw that once the tub emptied that there was sand residue all around the tub. I was about to call maintenance when coincidentally a member of housekeeping (I think) called to apologize for the bed in one of the bedrooms was left made with just a sheet but no quilt/blanket. I told him no worries about that but needed the plumbing taken care of immediately. He assured me he would have someone out right away and text me to let me know when they were on their way. No call/text ever came. The next morning was check out. So, one bathroom out of commission (thankfully there were two others) and no quilt/blanket for the bed. This unit didnā€™t match the price I paid. The decor was minimal and outdated, some of the furniture was worn, some areas had dirty floors and furniture. Unfortunately we will not be renting this unit in the future.
