This wonderful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Summer House unit is located in the private seaside community of Litchfield By the Sea. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with updated kitchenware, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The living room is located just off of the kitchen and features a flat screen TV, a full size sleeper sofa perfect for kids and a balcony that faces the water park and pool area with plenty of seating. The private bedroom includes two Queen beds, a flat screen TV and a full size bathroom.

There are also South Carolina landmarks such as Atalaya, the picturesque, Moorish-style winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, philanthropist and sculptor, respectively, who left the park and adjacent Brookgreen Gardens as their legacy.

Nature lovers also will enjoy the park’s Nature Center and wide variety of programming, including the chance to see loggerhead turtles and other endangered plant and animal species up close. The park’s freshwater lake is a sure-fire place to see alligators and sometimes even a mink or two.

Art lovers, meanwhile, flock by the thousands to the prestigious, juried Atalaya Arts and Crafts Festival held each September in and around the former home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington.

The beach at Litchfield by the Sea is a short 10 minute walk. In addition, the LBTS community offers miles of walking and bike paths that are linked to the Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island area. Also onsite is a Starbucks. The resort also has areas for fishing and crabbing, lighted tennis and pickleball courts and so much more. This is truly a full service, amenity packed resort. This unit is available for nightly, weekly and monthly rentals.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor above the parking garage with elevator access.

This unit has both a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig.

This unit does not come with a washer/dryer - laundry room is on the first floor.

Perfect getaway for Labor Day weekend. The pool and lazy river were great and there is a poolside bar. Very close to Murrells inlet where we live to eat at.

Great stay

Great stay and perfect location between the pool outside the room great for kids and the beach about 10mins away. The property was well maintained and the condo was very nice and was well stocked. Only thing that can be improved is the pullout mattress-it was thin as a board and no one over a child size could ever sleep comfortably on it. Would definitely return though.

Loved the pool/waterpark!

The condo was nice, and my son loved the pool and lazy river - definitely a highlight for this condo. The only downside is that we were a little ways from the beach/ocean (less than a mile, but we were unable to walk it) but you can drive to the clubhouse or catch the shuttle. The staff on the property were very nice (especially the bartender at the pool), and did a good job of keeping the property well-maintained. Check-in/check-out through the property management company was easy as well.

Nice for two people

Very nice rental in a very nice resort. All amenities either located on the resort or close by. This rental is small but enough for two people, who know each other well :). We found it very clean and as advertised, except for incorrect info about towels being provided at the pool. They weren’t. So, bring your own beach towels -- because you can’t take towels out of the condo.

Our 5 and 7 year olds spent hours and hours in the pool and the lazy river. Mom appreciates the early opening hours of the Starbucks that is right on the property.

We decided to stay on Pawley's Island to be out of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. I wanted a place that was family friendly (kids are 2 and 5) and this place was PERFECT! The pool attached to the condo was a dream for adults and kids, we loved the lazy river and the kid play area. We visited the beach a few times and the golf cart ride to the beach was easy and so convenient. The condo had all of the right amenities and perfect for what we needed. Overall this place was fantastic, great location and loved the Starbucks that was just a quick 5 min walk to the condo, it was a perfect way to stay our day. We drove to Myrtle Beach a few nights for dinner but also enjoyed the restaurants on Pawley's Island as well. We can't wait to come back!

There are swimming pools, a lazy river, a play area for the smaller children and even a hot tub for the parents to relax! The webster's restaurant was just walking distance from our room & they have fabulous food! Did I mention that they even have a Starbucks!(walking distance as we'll!) we will most defiantly be loyal customers and return to this home!!! We actually already have it book 2 more times before this year is over and also looking into renting a couple other homes for the summer next year!
