Villasimius - A few meters from the beautiful beach of Simius, chalet portion with large garden, 2 bedrooms, (one double and one with bunk beds), living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea. Ideal for those who do not want to travel by car and want to enjoy the tranquility of the deserted beach already early in the morning or stay on the beach until sunset without worrying about having to queue in the car to return to the country. Ideal for 2-3 adults or a couple with 2 children max 3.
In the garden there is an outdoor shower (cold water only), ample parking space and a barbecue area and gazebo for outdoor dining.
Villasimius, with its shops and its premises, is just over a kilometer away and easily reached by bike. The nearest Market (located at the residence Altura) is approximately 250 meters.

Direkt am Strand

Unser Urlaub im Häuschen direkt am Strand war ideal für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Im Häuschen ist alles vorhanden, in 2 Minuten ist man am Meer und der Strand ist wunderschön und das Meer traumhaft klar und warm. Im Häuschen war Gebäck und Milch und Brot für uns....wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Mille grazie per tutto!

Siamo appena rientrati ed è stata una vacanza stupenda! Il mare, la spiaggia sono un paradiso!

La casa è perfetta! La vicinanza con la spiaggia non ha prezzo! In casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva. C'è un bellissimo giardino con gazebo dove cenare al fresco e il barbecue per le grigliate! I padroni di casa splendidi e ospitali! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto con pasticcini tipici, pane fresco, prosciutto e altro! Vacanza perfetta! Ci torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno!

Ottima posizione e ampi spazi esterni

Siamo stati a giugno con i nostri due figli. Abbiamo apprezzato la spledida e comodissima posizione sulla spiaggia di simius, il silenzio serale e notturno, la vicinanza al centro abitato. Molto gradito l'ampio giardino attrezzato per grigliate e giochi all'aperto e l'appartamento fornitissimo di qualsiasi cosa cercassimo. Per le dimensioni piu' adatto a 4 persone anche se 3 bimbi piccoli ci stanno comodamente. Lo abbiamo gia' pubblicizzato tra gli amici

Schöner grosser Garten, hübsche Ferienwohnung, direkt am Meer

Ferienwohnung im Süden von Sardinien

Wir fanden eine saubere, mit allem ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vor, die zudem direkt am Strand lag. Das Restaurant nebenan hatte bereits geschlossen und so war es sehr ruhig. Am Morgen erlebten wir zauberhafte Sonnenaufgänge und abends assen wir auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, herrlich! Die Vermieter sind äusserst nett und zuvorkommend. Sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt, als wir nach langer Reise ankamen... Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Zur Wohnung gehört ein grosser Garten mit Grill, Aussendusche, Waschmaschine und eine lustige schwarze Katze, die täglich vorbeikam... ;-) Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Charmante Wohnung mit grossem Garten direkt an schönem Strand

Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir von Andrea bestens informiert, vor unserer Abreise erhielten wir Informationen zur Umgebung und den Stränden. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen und durch die Wohnung geführt. Auch über das Willkommensgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr charmant und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden und es ist alles da, was man für einen 1 bis 2-wöchigen Urlaub benötigt. Einzig ein kleiner Backofen fehlte uns etwas. Die Terasse ist wunderbar für das Essen draussen, mit direkter Sicht in den Garten und auf das Meer. Im grossen Garten gibt es einen Grill und eine Aussendusche. Der Zugang ans Meer könnte direkter nicht sein, man gelangt direkt vom Haus durch die kleine Düne an den wunderbaren Sandstrand, der auch für Kinder gut geeignet ist. In der Nebensaison ist immer noch genügend los, dass man nicht alleine ist, aber es gibt keine Partys mehr, die stören würden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Appartment und die Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt

Schon im Vorfeld hat alles wunderbar geklappt: Andrea Saba hat alle E-Mails umgehend und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Er hat uns auch Tipps für die Anfahrt gegeben und auf einer Karte gezeigt, zu welchen Stränden wir fahren sollen, wenn der Wind aus bestimmten Richtungen kommt. Vor Ort wurden wir von seiner Familie sehr herzlich empfangen, wir haben sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind. Es gibt ein separates Zimmer, in dem unsere Tochter geschlafen hat, und der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Im Garten gibt es eine Dusche; dort haben wir sogar einen Sonnenschirm gefunden. Die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettlaken waren ebenfalls genügend vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo es (in der Nachsaison) allerdings nur das Allernötigste gibt. Für einen größeren Einkauf ist ein Auto sinnvoll. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Nette Wohnung in bester Lage direkt am Meer

Wir haben es sehr genossen, direkt von der Wohnung an den Strand zu laufen. Kein Auto packen und keine Parkplatz-Suche. Das Auto kann im großen Garten abgestellt werden. Dafür ist der Weg in die Stadt Villasimus zu Fuß relativ weit (ca. 2 km). Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2-3 Personen, da Bad und Küche doch recht klein sind. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Insgesamt ist es relativ ruhig. Natürlich muss man abends mit der lauten Partymusik der nahen Hotels klar kommen. Aber das ist in Feriengebieten im Süden um diese Zeit ja normal. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen und können diese auch weiterempfehlen.
