Community pool, covered parking. The gardens of the residence by the pool where palm trees reminiscent of the tropics and invite relaxation. Seaside resort with many sporting events, water, cultural and festive. Close to all amenities and shops, 10 minutes walk from the city center, borrowing, along the beach, Promenade Charles Trenet. Many excursions in the area: discovery of the hinterland, Lake Canet, Lake Leucate, Saint Cyprien Golf (3 km), Perpignan (10 km), Spanish border 30km (Le Perthus), Barcelona (150 km ).
