28 m2 well equipped for 4 people. It is conveniently located near the sandy beach in the heart of the lively seaside resort throughout the year. Close to shops, the market and instead of the Mediterranean. Two PVC double glazed windows to the East, one opening onto the balcony of 3m2 the other lighting the kitchen, the interior is bright. Beach and shops are within walking distance. Bike paths connect Canet to Perpignan, St Cyprien, and Toreilles. Do not hesitate to send me an e-mail for more information
