Very nice place to stay. Only issue we had was when you flushed a toilet you got a loud sound from the water heater area. I let the host know so they could take care of it. Host was easy to communicate with and sweet as could be.

Clean and Beautifully Decorated

Room 308 is amazing! The shower in the main bedroom is the reason I chose this property. If you stay at the lighthouse you know the main bathrooms shower is very small. Both bathrooms are renovated and large showers in both! On a side note I left a very cherished item at the condo when we left. Emily stayed in contact with me and made sure I got my item returned. Overall and amazing vacation and experience!

My family stayed at the condo for the first time. Being located on the 3rd floor made coming and going a breeze! We were able to easily unload our stuff and get right to the condo. I really liked how the pool and ocean had access codes to ensure the propery was used by condo guests only. We had a great week!

Christmas at Gulf Shores

We took our kids to Gulf Shores for Christmas. We had a lovely visit and this property was perfect for our week at the ocean. The view from the deck was stunning and Emily was quick to respond to us. The property was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and rooms! Emily left great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We will return! We highly recommend this property.

Great family spot!

This condo was great! Pictures did an excellent job of what was expected. Smart TV’s in every room, plenty of appliances, plates, cups, etc. They even had a bunch of toys in the laundry room for our kids to play with at the pool/beach. Truly an all in one reservation! We never had to contact anyone - didn’t have any issues and the directions sent were crystal clear. Will definitely be back!

Everything we wanted!

We rented for a short 3 night get away. This unit had everything that we wanted. Clean, well decorated, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, wonderful whirlpool tub...all very nice. We didn't have kids with us but the bunk room would be neat for them. Great view of beach/ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. Since it is the Fall we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna the first day when it was cold. Nice weather the next day for walking on the beach then sitting in the hot tub. Few people there this time of year so parking was easy and none of the facilities were being used by others. Emily was very responsive by phone and email and even had someone bring a second parking pass to the condo when needed. Highly recommend this unit for a vacation.

Gulf Shores Trip

Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great trip Payment, check in , check out and communication was very easy. We also thought all the onetime supplies such as soap, shampoo, detergent, dish soap and coffee were nice touches. Also all the beach toys chairs etc were great! The condo is cute but did have some issues. We had to call for additional cleaning due to mold in the master bathroom and dirty sliding door glass. The cleaning person was quick to come out and clean though. However there were several other things we noticed during our stay..additional mold on the master shower ceiling, cracked and peeling paint in 2nd bathroom and in master bedroom around door, scuff marks on the walls in almost every room. the garbage disposal did not work and the couch needs to be replaced. All minor things that a little attention to detail would go a long way in improving the overall experience of stay. We’ve stayed at lighthouse condos for all four of our trips and have had a great experience every time..a little maintenance and this condo would be 5 stars! We still had a great time though!

Needs updated and cleaned

We had rented another condo from this owner in April and were pleased with everything so we decided to rent this condo this visit. We love The Lighthouse! There were many things with this condo that we weren't satisfied with but we didn't complain because there was just so much and we didn't want to spend our vacation trying to deal with all of it. The things were unhappy with were: all the baseboards were so dirty that it would have taken a scrub brush to clean them, strings of cobweb like things hanging in the master bedroom, mattress worn out and squeaky in master, food items and water bottle behind bed in master, stained bedding in the bunk room, black mold in the master bedroom, in the second bathroom there were strips of paper hanging from the wall above the shower head, black mold, bathroom knobs in tub were loose, shower curtain was dirty and had lots of soap residue. The kitchen was probably the worst. Most of the glasses were dirty (some with lipstick residue and some just not clean), there was dirty silverware in the drawer, plates had water in between and will pulled out water pour out of them, underneath cabinets on the floor was dirty. There was only one chair in the living room and the couch was so broke down it was difficult to sit comfortably. Most of the time we sat on the balcony to be able to seat everyone together. Very, very disappointed in this condo.

Our cleaners are happy to come back and fix any issues and I'm surprised that you didn't contact me after having such a great stay in 616 earlier this year. You'll be happy to know that we're currently doing a full remodel of 308 this winter and the condo will be at 100% for 2022.
