Love at the first sight

We had a wonderful, carefree time at Villa Rosata. From the first moment we were in love with everything: the very special furnished house, the beautiful property, the wonderful views, the lovely details like hammocks, wooden garden furniture (no ugly plastic) and last but not least the loving care by Luigina, who was always there for us- always cheerful and in a good mood! We were even allowed to benefit from her delicious home-grown figs.... Thank you for everything! We would love to come back again right away! Best Marie-Luise

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in Casa Rosa. Luigina heeft ons goed geholpen met fijne tips. Naast lekker te hebben geluierd bij het zwembad hebben we prachtige wandelingen gemaakt, dorpjes bezocht, een geweldige kookcursus en een wijnproeverij gehad. Nu al heimwee naar deze mooie plek!

Superbe maison pour vacances en famille et amis

Nous avons séjourné 10jours dans la casa rosata et tout était parfait. Si on « veut » trouver des points négatifs alors ça serait la cuisine un peu petite pour 11 personnes, bcp de chlore dans la piscine(yeux qui piquent) et un mauvais réseau wifi , mais globalement nous avons adoré nos vacances dans cette jolie maison dans un endroit magnifique. À recommander absoluement👍

Sommerurlaub mit Aussicht

Für unsere große Gruppe (drei Familien mit jeweils 2-3 Kindern im Alter von 2-9 Jahren) waren diese 14 Tage in der Casa Rosa wunderschön. Gleich zu Beginn hat uns der wahnsinnig schöne Ausblick auf den Trasimeno See überwältigt, der die steile Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus durch ein Hain von Olivenbäumen sofort vergessen lies. Den Berg konnten wir während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend für kleine Sporteinheiten (bergab - bergauf) nutzen:) Die Häuser (großes = Casa Rosa und ein kleines Haus gleich nebenan (Bad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche)) sind sehr groß und geräumiggeschnitten. Vor allem die Bäder sind neu und mit einer riesiegen Dusche ausgestattet. Insgesamt gibt es fünf Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch in der Casa Rosa mit großen Betten. Das Casa Rosa ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit tollen Accessoires (Bildern, Skulpturen) und Möbeln, die liebvoll von den Besitzen in den Zimmern arrangiert wurden. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Die Küche hat einen altertümlichen Charme mit großen Gasherd und allen möglichen Utensilien, die man zum Kochen für große Gruppen benötigt. Auch der Außenbereich ist mit Liebe angelegt und wird ab Einbruch der Dunkelheit automatisch beleuchtet. Unseren Kindern hat vor allem der Pool sehr gefallen. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden, es gibt sogar drei Hängematten. Kräuter, wie Basilikum, Schnittlauch und vor allem Rosmarin honnten wir fürs Kochen mit nutzen. Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell, wir haben es sehr genossen und konnten komplett abschalten. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Liugina, hat uns anfangs durchs Haus geführt und war immer ansprechbar. Sie hat sich darum gekümmert, dass alle zwei Tage der Pool gereinigt wurde bzw. nach 7 Tagen Handtücher gewechelt wurden. Sie ist ein quirlige, sehr freundliche Italienerin. Mit Angy, der Besitzerin, hat die Kommunikation auch wunderbar funktioniert. Seit Buchung bis zur Anreise hat sie auf Nachrichten innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Es war ein großartiger Urlaub für uns alle, wir würden gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Kristin
