Fully detached house with garden and above ground pool on property with guest house
Bathed in light, sea view, beach and port of Oursinières at 150m, beach of the Garonne 15 minutes on foot by the coastal path.
Warm, gentle, and quiet atmosphere for this former fisherman's workshop restored in house for 2, 40m2.
Possibility to accommodate a baby (cot and high chair available)
Complete restoration recent
It is composed of a fitted kitchen, a living-dining room with sea view, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet.
A private garden surrounds it, with at your disposal: small swimming pool above ground (diam 2,50m) installed July and August and the other months depending on the weather, sunbathing, table and chairs, plancha.
Bed linen, house and beach linens, as well as cleaning products are provided.
The bed is made upon arrival.

A most remarkable place to have a relaxing vacation. The host Jean-François is lovely. He is helpful when needed but very discrete.The house is impeccably clean with everything one could need provided thoughtfully. The living room even has a beautiful view of the sea across to Toulon. It is also a great spot to catch the sunsets which can be gorgeous. The little courtyard enables quiet, private dining on the terrace. And a short walk down the street are some steps down to the beach.The local bus #91 is just around the corner and easily takes you to Le Pradet where is an excellent market on Fridays.Overall, an absolutely charming restful place, ideal for a couple!

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus mit eigenem Garten für den perfekten Urlaub zu zweit. Ein kleines privates Refugium. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Vermieter. Immer hilfsbereit. Top Lage für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Alles was man braucht für einen perfekten Urlaub.

Kleines Paradies

Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien im September in diesem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus. Jean-Francois ist ein toller Gastgeber. Liebevolle kleine Überraschungen, wie eine Tüte mit frischem Baguette und allerlei Köstlichkeiten vom Bäcker, die morgens auf dem Tisch lag oder frische Feigen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Planchagrill wurde fast täglich genutzt zum Grillen. Der kleine Pool im hinteren Bereich des Gartens diente mehrfach der Abkühlung. Alles in allem ein überaus gelungener Urlaub, der nach Wiederholung ruft. Herzlichen Dank an Jean-Francois. Moni und Guido

Einfach nur Klasse!

Jean-Francois ist eine sehr sehr freundliche Persönlichkeit. Wir wurden am Tag der Anreise freundlich empfangen hatten einen netten small talk und wir haben die Schlüssel bekommen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir haben sogar eine kleine Überraschung vorgefunden! Die Übergabe war genau so Problemlos obwohl wir die Kaution bar übergeben hatten und das neu für uns war, ist alles reibungslos und sehr freundlich abgelaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es ist noch zu sagen das man auch wirklich viel Privatsphäre genießen kann.

maison confortable proche de la mer

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette belle maison avec un beau jardin ombragé. La région est idéale pour de longues promenades. La côte est rocheuse mais incroyablement belle. La maison elle-même est entièrement équipée. Et ce que l'on retiendra le plus, c'est le contact avec le propriétaire. C'était incroyable.

Vor allem haben wir den paradiesischen Garten genossen. Mit wunderschönen Blumen, Kakteen, Zitrusfrüchten und vielem mehr. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet für zwei, ruhig gelegen, gepflegt und hat einen tollen Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer aus. Le Pradet, Hyères, Toulon, Cassis, Marseille, L'Almanarre, Giens ... sind kulturell, kulinarisch und landschaftlich fantastisch. Und nicht zu vergessen: ein sehr höflicher Vermieter, der im Hintergrund dafür sorgt, dass alles perfekt ist. Vielen Dank

Traumhaft

Das Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten mit alten Bäumen und vielen Blumen. Hier kann man bei gutem Wetter sehr schön ausspannen und dem Summen der Bienen lauschen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn er im vorderen Haus wohnt, begegnet man sich nicht. Wenn man ihn aber braucht, ist er jederzeit da. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Sogar Vorratsbehälter für Obst sind da, wenn man auf dem Markt frische Waren eingekauft hat. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir kommen auch sehr gerne wieder.

Quelle belle surprise !

Jean-Francois est charmant, très attentif, disponible et discret. La Location est très généreuse, rien ne manque, tout est moderne et chaleureux. Le jardin est ravissant avec en bonus une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. La baignade aux Oursinières est splendide. N’oubliez pas votre masque pour les fonds sous-marins. Emplacement de rêve dans un joli cocon

Notre hôte particulièrement accueillant et sa jolie maison vue mer nous ont permis de passer un séjour très agréable à quelques dizaine de mètres à pied de la Méditerranée.

Das Mietobjekt hat alles was man braucht und sogar ein bisschen mehr. Vor allem wenn man auch gerne mal selber kocht. Die Lage … perfekt! Der Vermieter Jean Francois ist ein sehr sympathischer, angenehmer Mensch, der immer für die Gäste da ist, wenn sie ihn brauchen, ansonsten hält er sich im Hintergrund. An vielen Dingen merkt man, dass es ihm sehr wichtig ist, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. … und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Jean Francois. Wir kommen wieder.
