We loved our stay. Yann and Eva were fantastic hosts, who were very available when needed. The air con was very appreciated. The location was ideal for our young family, being very near the main Juan Les Pains beach, and convenient shops/eateries. Well located for the other attractions of the Cote d'Azur. Highly recommend!

Yann and Eva were extremely anxious to make our stay with them as pleasant and comfortable as they possibly could without hesitation we would unreservedly recommend this accommodation, spent a lot of time in their well presented garden.

Juan-les-Pins - a perfect match

We visited this place mid of Sep. and liked it a lot! A lot of Pros: - Kind and reachable hosts - quite big appartment - Very well equipped (washing machine, BBQ, dish washer etc.) and clean. - Separate Air Conditioning in living room, and both sleeping chambers - Save and private parking space - 5min walk to the sand(!) beach - Groceries, bus stop, and a few restaurants around the corner - Cannes, Nice Ville and Airport, ... all well reachable via train (TER). We enjoyed our stay a lot and would book it again.

Perfect Location

Perfect apartment located near beach near restaurant but in a very quite block. Yann and Eva are very professional hosts. They waited for us in the evening due to traffic problem they gave us all infos about antibes and juan les pains. a Big Thank you. We hope to back again!

Nice holiday apartment

This is a lovely apartment in the residential area of Juan Les Pins - just 5-7 minutes walk from a public beach, with a bunch of convenient shops nearby: a boulangerie, a greengrocer and a butcher. Having a good outside space is a definite plus to this property: we enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners at the table outside. The property was clean and equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment and cooking essentials. The decor is simple and neutral but frankly we hardly ever spent time indoors. The owner is very friendly and helpful.Overall, I would recommend this property for a relaxed family/friends holiday.

Wir haben uns in der gepflegten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Yann und Eva sind tolle Gastgeber.Sehr freundlich und kommunikativ.Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte und ist in guter Lage.Strand und Strandpromenade sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Location conforme au descriptif, très propre avec un accueil très bienveillant de M. Ruello. Les commerces et la plage à deux pas. Tout se fait à pieds et beaucoup de visites sont accessibles par le train. Excellent séjour sur la côte toujours aussi belle, longer le Cap d'Antibes par le sentier du tire-poil reste un véritable émerveillement qui nous accompagne toute l'année !

Notre séjour à Juan-les-Pins a été excellent du début à la fin. L’appartement était impeccable et frais, et les photos de l’annonce étaient fidèles à la réalité — aucune mauvaise surprise. La cuisine était bien équipée, ce qui a rendu la préparation des repas très pratique. Notre hôte Yann a été formidable : chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons vivement ce logement.

Wir wurden von sehr freundlichen Gastgebern empfangen und die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben nichts vermisst!Schön war auch, dass das Auto sicher abgestellt werden konnte. Wir haben gerne draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen und dort entspannt!Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist gemütlich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber und für unseren Aufenthalt zu dritt prima geeignet. Küchenutensilien und Geschirr sind sehr auskömmlich vorhanden. Im Garten ist eine großzügige Terrasse mit Essbereich und Liegestühlen für die Gäste nutzbar. Auch hier war alles neuwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Vermieter wohnen im Obergeschoss und sind supernett und helfen mit tollen Tipps für die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Das Haus mit Garten liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Strandpromenade, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind dennoch fast um die Ecke und fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort, haben das Auto während unseres Aufenthalts dort nicht gebraucht, da wir zu Fuß bzw. mit Bus und Bahn in der Umgebung unterwegs waren. Insgesamt ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um Juan les Pins, Antibes und die nördliche Cote d'Azur zu entdecken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui correspond bien à la description et aux photos. D'une propreté et d'un confort impeccables, au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison au calme avec les propriétaires à l'étage d'une très grande discrétion, chaleureux et de très bons conseils. Pas de problème pour garer la voiture dans la propriété ce qui est également très appréciable. Je recommande sincèrement cette adresse
