The apartment was completely refurbished early 2016. The bathroom is in marble, the kitchen with table top in granite is fully equipped with dish washer and washing machine. The 10 apartments have the same comfortable furniture and chic decoration . All amenities and the beach are 20 meters away. There is Air conditioning , Free Wifi and large flat screen TV in bedroom and living-room. The street in front of the building is pedestrian at night in high season.

Great Central Location

Enjoyed our stay in this property which for us was in the perfect central location ( the location does mean some noise is inevitable) The property was just as shown in the photographs and worked really well for us.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location.

My wife and I and our dog had a lovely 2-week stay in Eric and Yvette's apartment. Perfect size for two people and the location is ideal if you want to be near shops and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished with everything you need. Eric and Yvette responded quickly to questions and were great hosts.

Had a wonderful stay in Juan Les Pins. This place is everything we wanted in the centre of a number great restaurants and bars. It’s a little noisy at night time but we knew that going in. We will be back.

Excellent property

We stayed at this apartment for a whole month. Owners, Yvette and Eric are extremely nice people. Perfect location, beach is right next, multiple supermarkets within walking distance, entertainment and restaurants all around. Highly recommend. Fabulous seafront apartment

This is our second year staying at this fab apartment and it won’t be our last! Perfect location, amazing sea views and everything you need is provided, including aircon! Fantastic Location

We loved the location, especially the beach just steps away. Lots of storage to put clothes away. We stayed for 2 weeks and appreciated the extra linens. Comfy chairs to take to the beach. Lots of cafes steps away and having a parking spot was very convenient. It was a little noisy night time, as it is a very active area.

Modern Apartment in heart of town

Apartment was clean, modern, and centrally located. Exactly as described in the listing. Great sea views and proximity to beach. Can get a little noisy at night during the weekends due to proximity to a casino, and being located on the main pedestrian street.

Great apartment my very central location

Good sized apartment, very central location(above casino), tidy and with decent sized bedroom, bathroom and very good balcony. Slightly noisy at night due(but we are heavy sleepers so did not bother us in the slightest)to central location but to be expected, great for people watching with a glass of rose from the balcony though! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again, and Yvette was extremely helpful.

wij zijn verschillende keren in Juan Les pin geweestNu was het onderhoud aan de boulevard er waren geen strandtenten etc. De hele dag geluid overlast we kondengeen gebruik maken van het balkon vanaf 8.00 uur tot17.00 uur.Wij zijn beiden 81 jaar dus het strand in de buurt was er niet zoals strandstoelen en Parasol wij zijn diep teleurgesteld niet de gevraagde prijs waard.

Schönes Appartement in Strandnähe,

Das Appartement hat uns sehr gefallen. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Zur Zeit finden vor dem Haus umfangreiche Umbauarbeiten an der Prommenade statt, die ca. im Sommer beendet sein dürften. Durch die Tiefgarage gab es keine Parkplatzprobleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (2 Auchan-Supermärkte).Das im dem Haus befindliche Restaurant (LEscale) ) ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Nach 8 Jahren hat es uns wieder an die Côte d’Azur verschlagen. Dieses Jahr haben wir die Wohnung in Juan les Pins gebucht und wurden auch nicht enttäuscht. Eine schöne zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit Tiefgarage im Zentrum von Juan les Pins. Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants, alles in der Nähe. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Eric Groux und seine Frau, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen haben! Wir kommen wieder!

Appartement ultra pratique ,très très belle vue,bonne literie, un peu bruyant,car placé au cœur de l’activité nocturne. Mais l’emplacement de rêve offre un divertissement permanent qui compense largement ce désagrément. J’y retournerai très vite.

Borned and raised in Antibes where we still live. We have been renting apartments and villas for the last 8 years. We wanted our accommodations to be well decorated and confortable and we spent a lot of time doing so. This apartment was bought early 2016 and like the others are next to the beach, has sea view and parking. We choose Juan les Pins for its sandy beach and its holiday atmosphere most of the year.

We renovate and decorate the apartment with care as if it was for our own use. We manage ourselves the residence, welcome our clients and are proud of the nice reviews we received in return.
We speak both French, English and Italian and will be happy to welcome you.

Why they chose this property

The building is ideally located in the center of Juan les Pins with all the restaurants and shopping around. The sandy beach is only across the street.
All the shops, bars and restaurants around. The Apartment is large comparing the French standard and well decorated with quality equipment. We have a nice sea view and a large balcony.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is stylish , furniture, artwork, bedding and kitchen are quality materials.
The chairs are leather, the table, kitchen and bathroom vanity are made of granite. We have air conditionning and free wifi and private underground parking.
