Nice and house near the sea (150 m) on Oleron Island

New house very bright with a large room ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Tiled floor in every room. The 3 bedrooms are downstairs, very quiet for the nap of the youngest (or adults...!). Garden of 250m2 with 35m2 of terrace. Just 150m from the house , 2 beaches , beach Malaiguille (surf spot) and the beach of Boulassiers very sheltered from the wind, little hnown because of the discreet access, that reveals at low tide ,pools, ideal for children to play in the water and fish. The village and its shops ( with a traditional market every day during the summer ) is at 800m from the villa . The La Brée is a small resort with rerelaxing atmosphere. Enjoy your jolidays on this island where brightness is exceptional....
