This is a walk-out backyard unit where you and your family can set up the lawn chairs, have a private barbecue and enjoy the spectacular views of Lake Windermere and the mountains.

This Heron Point suite is very FAMILY FRIENDLY with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the amazing surroundings from your ground level unobstructed private patio, which backs onto green space.

This 3 bedroom, main level private unit is fully furnished, and features an open concept fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino maker, in-suite laundry and air-conditioning.

The living room invites you to relax with a Smart TV, BOSE sound system, Wi-Fi and lots of seating.

The primary bedroom boasts incredible lake, mountain and courtyard views, a king bed, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet with lake, mountain and courtyard views.

The third bedroom features 2 twin bunk beds and overlooks the lake, mountains and courtyard.

In total, this suite has 4 beds and comfortably sleeps 8. A great layout provides privacy for large families or groups with 2 full baths and separated bedrooms.

BBQ on the large patio while you enjoy your spectacular surroundings. Not only are you directly overlooking Lake Windermere, you are also overlooking the courtyard with the pool, hot tub and the mountains. The pool, hot tub and fitness facility are open from 8 am – 11 pm.

This suite is impeccably cleaned before your arrival and supplied with all the necessary contents: linens, soaps, towels and washing (laundry & kitchen) soap.

Situated on the shore of one of the warmest lakes in the valley, the town of Invermere is all about sun and fun. You are a short walk to the beach/lake, shopping, restaurants, groceries, downtown, and more. This is a superb location where a short walk will get you where you want to go.

Kinsmen Beach is found just down the road from this complex. This Invermere hot spot has a Splash & Spray Park, beach volleyball and a well laid out park for kids. In the summer months, enjoy the water slides and swimmers dock, which are located in the lake.

In winter, the big attraction is skiing or heli-skiing at Panorama Mountain Resort as well as enjoy pond hockey, skating and/or cross-country skiing on the lake. Of course, any time of year is a good time to soak in the mineral pools at Fairmont Hot Springs or Radium Hot Springs, which are a short drive away.

The Columbia Valley provides endless recreation options during all 4 seasons. The area is home to several world-class golf courses, Panorama ski hill, snowmobile trails, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking trails, horseback riding, and so much more....

Beautiful View!

This place is a great place to stay for a winter ski trip and I’m sure even better during the summer to visit the lake. You’re close enough to the resort and within walking distance of town. The listing is entirely accurate and even better in real life. If you like to cook, this condo has everything you need. Also, Lee the host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again when we’re in the area!

Excellent communication from the host, awesome location (very walkable to everything), stroller & kid friendly, great pool and hot tub, and well-stocked kitchen. The space is great! I took off a star for things needing a bit of a refresh though.. the carpet is quite old/dirty and coming up in spots (i didnt feel comfortable having my baby crawl around on it), and none of the bedroom blinds blocked out light (which surprised us), and the couches are worn out and peeling. Everything was clean and again, the location cannot be beat - it just may be time for replacement of a few things! We would stay here again :)

Condo is in an excellent location it’s a quick walk to the beach/splash park and also to the downtown area. The condo was excellent and being so close to the pool was definitely a bonus. Lee was excellent to deal with and we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect golf holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Invermere. A block walk to downtown or the beach. Exercise room, pool and hot tub were used daily by our group There is a great BBQ on a scenic main floor patio. We love cooking on our trips and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking supplies. Thanks for the great week Lee.

Great family spot

Used this rental in early June for a week and loved it. Great use of space and location. Easy walk down hill to the beach and park, uphill to downtown. Pool was really fun. Gym facilities were great. The condo is uphill beside the train which runs a few times a day but our kid loved it, so no big deal at all.
