Villa Es Barracar is a charming property of traditional Mallorcan style, situated in a privileged setting in the Sierra de Tramuntana, offering absolute peace and tranquillity.



The interiors of the villa combine warm colours and a rustic style, creating a cosy and family-friendly atmosphere. The house features a comfortable living room with satellite television, a dining room ideal for sharing family moments and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has central heating and a fireplace for added comfort during winter.



The villa has four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with two single beds each, making it perfect for families or large groups. It also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room.



Caimari is perfect for mountain routes. From there you can visit the Lluc monastery, Sa Calobra bay and the Caimari Tafona, famous for olive oil production. If you prefer the beach, you can enjoy Playa de Muro or explore nearby coves such as Cala Deià or Port de Sóller. Renting a car is essential.



Please note that cleaning is an extra that appears itemised and has a cost of €240 per week, not per booking. Therefore, if the booking is for 2 weeks, the cleaning cost will be €480.

Es war für uns vier eine wunderschöne Woche in Mallorcas "Bergwelt". Die Lage und der Blick vom Grundstück ist einfach zauberhaft und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die Insel.Toni, der Vermieter ist bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort hilfreich zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhig gelegene Finca in der Tramuntana

Die Villa ist traumhaft ruhig gelegen und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Finca und das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr gut gepflegt. Sie eignet sich hervorragend für Aktivurlaube. Man kann direkt von der Finca aus Wanderungen unternehmen.

Die Beschreibung der Finca passt. Großzügig eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einziger kleiner Makel, der Pool war nicht so schön blau, sondern etwas grün veralgt. Fazit: wer Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist dort genau richtig
