Villa Mala Garbo, 4 bedrooms, BBQ, private pool, Pollensa

Relaxing by the pool, you can enjoy splendid views of the open countryside towards the mountains. There is plenty of space for sunbathing. The brick barbecue is on one side of the pool terrace and the outdoor dining area is in the shade of the sun. The laundry room and outdoor toilet are also accessed from here.



The entrance to Villa Mala Garbo is closed from the lane, with a wide space at the entrance for your rental cars. The villa is attached to the neighbouring house, but due to the position of the pool, it retains its own privacy.



The living room is quite spacious, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen television. The adjacent dining room has a table and chairs, as well as a sitting area and an ornamental wood-burning stove. Continue to the end of the dining room and you will reach the fully equipped kitchen. Both the kitchen and dining room have access to the pool terrace.



On the first floor, there is a double room with a small private balcony and a room with two single beds, which share a separate bathroom. The second room with 2 single beds has a private bathroom with a shower. The remaining double bedroom with an en-suite shower dominates the entire second floor. The 4 rooms also share the same magnificent mountain view.



Villa Mala Garbo can accommodate up to 8 people. (Travel cots and high chairs are available FREE OF CHARGE upon request).



Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM



The tourist tax is included in the price.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Lovely villa, very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The views and outdoor space are definitely the highlights. Great location offering lots of options for restaurants and beaches.We had a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay, but after contacting the host, it was rectified immediately. The water pressure can drop slightly when multiple people are using the showers across the different bathrooms at the same time, but this wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

We had a magical time at this villa. The pool is large & clean and the mountain views are stunning. The property is very private. We were a little worried about the adjoining home on the backside of the property affecting our privacy, but it is a non-issue. The villa has its own driveway with a large parking area and the attached house is not visible.The interior is large & very charming with wood beams, tile and Spanish decor. The bedrooms are on two levels so stairs are involved if a concern. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall. The kitchen is modest, but completely functional and a decent size. We encountered sugar ants upon arrival, but a quick trip to the local market for some ant traps did the trick. Ants are common in these parts so you're likely to encounter them in any accommodation.The property is located a very short distance from the enchanting town of Pollenca and about 10 minutes from the beach and Alcúdia. I have stayed in the Deia area on a past trip and really love the location of this villa. Plenty of restaurants, shops and quaint lanes and alleys to wander as well as the Roman walls and old settlement to explore. A great jumping off point for the drive to Cap de Formentor and surrounding coastal areas.The pool, outdoor space, privacy & mountain views engaged much of our days & starry nights. Dining alfresco on the covered patio and appreciating the abundant Mallorcan charm. We are dreaming of our return.

The value for this Villa is immaculate.

The location is pristine, on a quiet road with total privacy. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. I cannot get enough of the beautiful mountain view along with the terrace and pool. Spacious Villa with great views and location

Location and Views are perfect. Quiet and off the road. As everyone in comments mention beds are very uncomfortable especially double one. Life hack: move the bed and put mattress on the floor (although new bed should be provided). Cleaning service was done once but don't think toilets has been cleaned. We stayed for 10 days so would be handy if they were cleaned. Pool looked a bit dirty as well.

Sehr einfache Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsseltresor

Sehr einfache Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsseltresor. Eine Klimaanlage war defekt. Nach einem Mail wurde sie am nächsten Tag komplett ersetzt. Die Klimaanlagen sind effizient und reichen gut aus, um die Zimmer in kurzer Zeit zu kühlen. Die Finca ist perfekt für zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern (8 Personen). Zwei Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Kinderzimmer mit Einzelbetten. WLAN ist gebührenfrei. Der Pool war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Wasser-Lebewesen konnen im Poolwasser überleben. Erst nach mehreren Mails und Telefonaten wurde mehr Chlor ins Wasser gegeben und die Pumpen (Filterung) auf Dauerbetrieb gestellt. Für dieses Problem trifft den Vermieter keine Schuld. Es lag an der Firma, welche für den Unterhalt/,Reinigung der Finca verantwortlich ist. Eines der Doppelbetten war durchgelegen (Hängematteneffekt).

I liked the pool and in general the outside part of the villa. The air conditioner was not functioning, even during its scheduled operating time. I strongly believe there shouldn',t be a scheduled time for the air conditioning, especially during the hot summer months. It',s particularly challenging for women who need to blow dry their hair and get ready in such conditions.

Really appreciated the Villa Mala Garbo, the house is in good shape and you got everting you need. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing. The only little hiccups are: Pool needs a looking over, some tiles are missing and the jets doesn’t seem to be 100%. It’s a “shared house” and it isn’t clear in the listing, it’s a big house that has been divided into two, it didn’t bother us at all but just want to put it out there. What seems to be the backyard is actually another unit for renting. But overall a well equipped, clean and beautiful house. Would recommend to friends and family.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Umgbung.

Der Pool, die Außenanlage sowie die Einrichtung des Ferienhauses waren sehr schön und für unsere Gruppengröße genau passend. Der große Tisch auf der Terrasse war mit genügend Stühlen ausgestattet und um den Pool herum gab es für jede Person einen Liegestuhl. Auch die Küchenausstattung war prima. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Nachts waren zum Teil Stechmücken in den Schlafzimern. Es wäre noch wünschenswert, wenn die Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet wären.
