This home welcomes you with a white picket fence! It has been nicely upgraded down to the wood floors and crown molding trim. Open living room and dining room concept, separate office with sleeper couch and windows that invite in the Key West sunshine. Each bedroom takes on a personality of it's own with all new furniture and flat screen televisions. Large kitchen with room for two or more cooks and indoor laundry room for convenience. Front and backyard is completely fenced for privacy, with heated pool. Relax in sun chairs while you cook out on your gas grill. Fun outdoor shower allows you to connect to Nature. Large outdoor patio set for those outdoor meals. Enjoy your stay in a great home with plenty of Sunshine! Neighborhood has small walkable bridge that shows nature's natural aquarium. Nice area to kayak, fish or watch nature at it's best. Sorry no pets.

Great Home in the Keys!🏝

Wish we didn't have to leave... Really great home in the Keys! Plenty of space for us and our 4 kids - the pool of course was a big hit! Loved that it was fenced in and private! Close to everything you need! A must stay place!

Perfect Oasis

This house is the perfect little hideaway in the Keys. This is our 3rd month in Key West, and this home by far exceeded all the other places we have stayed. The neighborhood is very quiet, the pool is private, and the home itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I'd happily return or recommend it to others.

Paradise

Roberta the host was excellent,attentive to every need we had.The house was spotless and beautiful, all furnishings were in great shape. Outdoor furniture was as new.Including new grill.Pool was heated to 85 degrees.Plenty of parking and central to everything. You will not be disappointed, if I could give 6 stars I would.

What's not to like?

Loved having a beautiful private pool with a high privacy fence. House is roomy, one level, and very well laid out with 2 full baths. Neighborhood very quiet.Transportation definitely needed for getting to Duval and Old Town but Lyft and Uber responded within 5 minutes and was about $15-$20 each way. Cab fare about the same.This is the way to go as parking is almost impossible to find around Duval and is $5 per hour. All streets close to Duval metered. Would definitely return here!

Extended family vacation.

Everything you see in the pictures is accurate. Any small issues I had were promptly handled. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here. We would not hesitate to stay here on a return trip to Key West. Property manager is awesome and great to deal with.

This is the 6th time we've stayed here-the best!

We really love this house. It is clean and has everything we need. The outdoor shower is so cool, and the pool is wonderful. The kitchen is easy to work in. The house has enough space for a whole family, or perfect for a working couple, like us with two office areas. It is a great bike ride into town, don't need a car!

What A Vacation!

We rented the Sunshine House the month of November. What a pleasant surprise. The inside and outside provided us with a relaxing, enjoyable, sunny vacation. The pool was wonderful and we loved the outdoor shower. We'll be back!

A CUT ABOVE!

Can't say enough about our stay in this comfortable and well maintained vacation home. Plenty of room to spread out. Master is separate from other 2 bedrooms which is private, spacious and gives access to backyard pool. Lots of amenities to spoil us, especially the big kitchen. Great local for bikeing to Duval Street. We had a great stay and would love to go back to this immaculate home!

Perfect Escape

This house was perfect for my trip, the house had plenty of room without being too large. It was comfortable and welcoming. The backyard with the private pool was my favorite part, it was like my own little backyard paradise. On top of all the amenities provided in the house, it is just a bike ride away from the busy ducal street which made getting around the island very easy. Overall a great stay and I would love to go back.

Lovely home great place to unwind after a busy day of fun and sightseeing . Enjoyed the pool and waterfall as well as the barbecue grill, hammock and patio set to enjoy our cocktails and kick back. Easy access to stores and restaurants, easy bike ride to downtown and beach area.

Excellent Vacation home has all

Terrifc vacation home , great driveway for boat trailer , secluded pool easy bike ride to beach, stores, resturants. The private master suite is away from other bedrooms , guest have seperate bedrooms with flat screeens T.V.s and large flat screen and surround sound in living area. Great grill and patio set to enjoy relaxing around the waterfall and lighted heated pool . Both family and friends would return.

Accmodations were perfect , would defintely come back and recommend , perfect for our group of 6 .

Lovely accommodations for a long stay, private driveway for cars and boat trailer , washer dryer included, the rooms had large closets , home was decorated beautifully with surround sound to patio and pool , flat screen televisions in each room , home included all the necessities for easy grilling and indoor cooking. The pool and waterfall were a terrific bonus as well as the outdoor grill. The outdoor shower is both private and serene . Loved the residential atmosphere and enjoyed the short bike ride to the beach as well as the convenience to the stores and restaurants. Manager was very accommodating with info for bike rental , restaurants and sites to see .

Why they chose this property

I love this home because it is in the neighborhood that I grew up in and currently own a home in. It is called a Sunshine Home because that was the name of all the homes that were built back in the 50's in this area. It gives you a peace of history and a wonderful fenced yard with nice size pool for your enjoyment. It even has an outside shower. The owners have it nicely decorated and immaculately kept. Lots of repeat renters.
