Perfekt Apartment for a weeks stay

We (a couple) stayed for over a week an everything was perfekt. The Apartment is equipped with everything you might need. The best part was for sure the balkony, amazing view! We would totally book again if we would plan another trip to nice.

Lovely stay, beautiful location and aparthouse

Check in and check out was seamless. Host worked with our schedule for check in and made it very easy. Home was small but perfect size for a small group. Kitchen was set up well and gorgeous deck for sitting outside. Neighbourhood was quiet for the most part. As you are right beside the church the bells do ring often and at random times during the day. House was walking distance to train station, beach, cafes and grocery stores. Set up will for short term trip.

Nice place to stay

Not only was the apartment clean and lovingly furnished, the hosts were also very friendly and immediately responsive. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and the location near the beach and the old town was very pleasant.

Lovely stay

We had an amazing time at this property. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfy and the balcony gives you the chance to enjoy the lovely weather whilst admiring the stunning view. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice apartment fully equipped and cosy

We stayed as a family. Only issue No parking spaces so you have to pay for the parking . The place was clean well equipped and suited us . Beautiful views form the balcony of the Russian church.

We hope to return.

This was a great find for us. We spent a very happy month here. Check in was smooth, and nothing was lacking in the apartment. We found the neighborhood and shopping street to be to our liking. There is plenty of diversity and it is away from tourists. We love to walk, so it was also no problem for us to walk to the beach or old town. The hosts were very kind, and we had good communication. We especially appreciated that the rental was budget friendly without sacrificing comfort. We hope to return.

Wonderful stay

Le Piol was one of the best places that I have ever been. The apartment has new appliances and all amenities. It is spotlessly clean, bright and cheery. The view onto the cathedral is magnificent. To have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the cathedral with birds singing and visits from mourning doves cannot be imagined. The hosts quickly reply to all mail immediately. Their instructions to the apartment were concise and easily followed. I cannot give a high enough recommendation for this beautiful place. There is no place that you could find that you would be more comfortable or relaxed than here. I look forward to my next. visit.

Bien, calme, belle vue.

Séjour agréable, dans un quartier calme, cependant trÚs accessible des commerces , marché , bus, gare...Un seul bémol pour la chambre et la literie qui ne correspondent plus à nos dos fatigués !

Logement convenable

AprĂšs quelques petits inconvĂ©nients de dĂ©part, le sĂ©jour s’est bien passĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires restent Ă  l’écoute de leurs locataires. Le logement est correcte, proche de toutes commoditĂ©s et de cette belle cathĂ©drale. Il ne faut juste pas ĂȘtre un lĂšve tard le we car les cloches vous rappellent Ă  l’ordre. Personnellement, ça ne me dĂ©range pas. Le seul bĂ©mol est le parking quand vous avez une voiture car il est difficile de trouver des emplcements gratuits dans la rue

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Nizza und Umgebung

Ich empfehle die Wohnung vollumfĂ€nglich weiter. Sie ist mit alles ausgestattet, was man braucht. Jedes vorhandene ElektrogerĂ€t hat seine eigene Steckdose. Ich finde daran erkennt man, wie umsichtig die Wohnung ausgestattet wurde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der NĂ€he vorhanden. Durch Bushaltestellen in der NĂ€he und Trambahnhaltestelle und Bahnhof in Laufweite kommt man öffentlich ĂŒberall hin. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Und der Blick auf die russische Kathedrale bietet ein einmaliges Urlaubserlebnis. Und eine Aussicht ins GrĂŒne mitten in der Stadt.

Nous n’hĂ©siterons pas Ă  recommander cet appartement aux amis qui visiterons Nice. Il est bien situĂ©, agrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ© et de plus sa situation facilite l’exploration de Nice. Notre arrivĂ©e s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ©e le 4 novembre dernier et nous avons gentiment Ă©tĂ© accueilli Ă  la porte. Tout s’est fait rapidement et nous avons ainsi pu dĂ©poser nos bagages et aller ensuite rendre l’auto au locateur Ă  l’aĂ©roport et revenir en tram avec la ligne 2 jusqu’à Alsace-Lorraine puis bus #8 sinon marche sur Gambetta d’environ13 minutes. La cuisine a Ă©tĂ© un des Ă©lĂ©ments que nous avons bien aimĂ© dans cet appartement. Il n’y manque rien le frigo est top, le lave-vaisselle efficace, le lave-linge pratique. La salle d’eau n’est pas en reste: grande douche et l’eau chaude ne manque pas. Les propriĂ©taires prennent soin de mettre Ă  disposition suffisamment de torchons, de serviettes etc. C’est apprĂ©ciĂ© et il faut le souligner. La chambre est confortable et silencieuse. L’espace est restreint mais cela ne nuit pas au sommeil ! La terrasse est certes un des points forts de l’appartement avec la vue sur la CathĂ©drale Russe. Nous y avons fait quelques bons lunch-dĂ©jeunĂ©s et apĂ©ro en toute tranquillitĂ©. Le quartier regorge de commerce et le marchĂ© LibĂ©ration est Ă  moins de 20’ de marche. Et toute l’information pour visiter Nice et les environs est offerte bien classĂ©e par les proprios. Bref, c’est un excellent choix !

Excellent appartement bien équipé avec vue superbe, facile à joindre et dans un quartier calme. Commerces à proximité. Il faudrait juste régler la porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir.
