Independent villa 5 minutes from TucTuc (Taxi) from the most beautiful beaches of Hikkaduwa, surrounded by nature 30 meters from the Rangalle River which will take you along its shores in splendid walks to Lake Hikkaduwa.
Coconut, mango and banana trees in a private garden enclosed by protective walls for your privacy, 5mt by 3mt private pool, 1,80m high, outdoor pool shower, barbecue area.
Possibility of transfers to and from the airport and organize private tours with our housekeeper in the nearby beaches or in the beautiful hinterland of Sri Lanka.
Welcome cocktail upon arrival at the villa.
Cleaning of the house and change of sheets once a week included in the cost (additional cleaning on request see extra costs)

PLEASANT RURAL VILLA
Pleasant rural villa, in walking distance of Hikkaduwa. Trees in the garden are very large, and block out the sun to most of the pool and patio area, as well as the balcony. Therefore sunbathing is severely restricted. Although not yet affected, I can foresee the tree roots cracking the pool walls in the near future. The pool is just large enough for adults to swim in, and the water was clear and warm. The kitchen and equipment is sufficient to prepare simple meals.
Like a lot of villas in Sri Lanka there is the problem of maintenance, the garden to the sides and rear of the villa are neglected, and strewn with rubbish. The kitchen could also do with a good clean, which tarnishes the enjoyment of the villa overall.

Alun THANK YOU for staying in our home and it has been a pleasant stay.
respect of plants covering in part the possibility of sunbathing is our villa strength asthe protect the plants from the heat and inscriptions that the day might be overkill without plants and create an environment much more natural, thank you for his concern about the likely problems with tree roots for the pool, but I saw the construction work and is' a special cage was created to protect the walls of the pool.
Regarding the junk in Srilanka is a collection point where should reach the garbage once a week, or burn it with its nature damage, we prefer to wait and then take it to the collection point, in the days when she stayed was not among those provided for the withdrawal, and we respond to garbage produced by his stay, we have not yet had time to clean up even the surrounding forest, but we will do so as soon as possible, you should understand that we are in a country where the collection and 'still a mirage, but we try as possible for our guests and with their help.
the kitchen is completely new and equipped with everything you need to cook usually alone, probably if you are Michelin-starred chefs you will need other for particularly complicated cooking equipment (i have a restaurant in italy and i know what is needed to cook), and Amila takes care of cleaning seriously, proven by previous guests of the villa, so I can not understand her note on this
If special equipment is required to cook we will be happy to accommodate any reasonable request
The house is self-managed by the guests, we provide the initial cleaning and once a week are included, it is also written in the rules of the house not to leave out food from containers to prevent greedy ants arrive , if you need extra cleaning you can get it like extra fee.
For clarity I remind you that you have explicitly asked that no one came to villla during YOUR stay because you preferred not to be bothered being without clothes
