Cette petite maison est merveilleuse. La cuisine est entièrement neuve. La 1 ère chambre est située au 1er étage et est ouverte sur l'escalier. La 2eme est au 2 ème étage et est également ouverte sur l'escalier.Le jardin est exceptionnel. Immense et peut être utiliser à différents moments de la journée selon l'exposition du soleil. Un grand barbecue est à disposition. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce magnifique endroit. Les hôtes sont très arrangeants. Et les échanges sont facilités avec des conseils sur des choses à faire. Séjour vraiment très agréable

Zeer schoon en knus verblijf op een historische locatie. In een bruisend stadje, maar in de immense tuin van La Casetta vind je alle rust: aan de eettafel, in een ligstoel of aan de gezellige zitjes. La Casetta is klein, maar comfortabel, je vindt er alles wat je nodig hebt. De zeer vriendelijke hostesses zijn altijd in de buurt en helpen je met al je vragen (die wij niet veel hadden...). Centrum, strand, restaurants, cafés, cultuur... alles op korte loopafstand. Kortom: wij hebben in en om La Casetta alles gevonden, wat wij aan een vakantie belangrijk vinden! Let wel: niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Il giardino segreto

In poco spazio, tutto quello che serve per una vacanza in pieno relax, una casetta perfettamente organizzata, tra le mura medievali di Porto San Giorgio e a pochi minuti dal mare. Molto apprezzato il fresco della sera nell'ampio giardino circostante.

Wie haben uns in dem liebevoll und sehr romantisch gestalteten Häuschen und dem großen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt - ein wunderbarer Sommer-Ferienort. Unten eine urige, gemütliche und zum Kochen gut ausgerüstete Wohnküche mit Küchenzeile, großem Esstisch und Sesseln / Beistelltisch, dazu ein kleiner Raum mit Wäsche- u. Geschirrschrank, Wäscheständer etc sowie ein hübsches kleines Duschbad/WC. Im ersten und zweiten Stock in der Sradtmauer jeweils ein hübsches Schlafzimmer mit Fenster. Alles sauber, gepflegt und schön eingerichtet.. Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Hof. Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuss, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Besondere Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage

La Casetta ist ein wundervoller Geheimtipp: Zwar ist die Wohnung selber nicht groß (besteht aus einem Wohn/Essbereich im Erdgeschoss sowie 2 Schlafzimmern im 1. und 2.Stock), aber mit viel Liebe zum Detail traditionell eingerichtet und sauber. das größte Plus ist der große grüne Garten mitten in der Altstadt, auch der Fußweg zum Strand durch den Ort ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, haben uns zB kurzfristig Kinderbett und-stuhl organisiert. Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen dort und empfehlen La Casetta uneingeschränkt weiter!

Fantastisk trevligt och charmig semesterbostad.

Unique and Beautiful Place

Valentina was so available and considerate! I was in PSG for a 3 day goldwork embroidery course nearby, and la Caseta was absolutely perfect. It felt like I was living in a movie with the beautiful building and enormous garden. The area is very safe for walking, and it is full of delicious restaurants and a lovely beach! I hope to return someday!

Relax, pace e Natura

Abbiamo goduto di un super giardino per almeno due settimane, che definirei il salotto verde della casa, nonostante fossimo in pieno centro storico. I padroni di casa gentilissimi è che dire a quanti capita di dormire in una torre medievale.....Tutto molto suggestivo. Bellissima esperienza.

La Casetta del cuore

Costruita all'interno di mura storiche, la Casetta è curata nei più piccoli particolari, arredata con gusto, pulitissima e con tutto il necessario, nonostante le piccole dimensioni. Il giardino nella quale è immersa è un piccolo splendido paradiso, tranquillo e dotato di tanti angolini in cui poltrire, chiacchierare e mangiare. L'alloggio si trova nel centro storico di Porto San Giorgio, a dieci minuti a piedi dal mare e ideale per poter visitare il bellissimo entroterra marchigiano e non solo. Il valore aggiunto della Casetta è dato senz'altro dalla simpatia e accoglienza dimostrate dalle proprietarie Loredana e Valentina e da tutta la loro famiglia che ringraziamo tanto e speriamo di rivedere presto! Non potevamo trovare di meglio, un luogo del cuore e persone squisite. Camilla e Maria

Tolle Wohnung mit Traumgarten

"la casetta" ist ein kleines aber feines Ferienhaus.es fehlte uns an nichts. Den größten Teil des Urlaubs haben wir im wunderschönen Garten verbracht. Wir haben selten so nette herzliche Vermieter gehabt, die einem jede Frage gerne beantwortet haben. Der Strand ist wundervoll, super sauber und perfekt für Kinder da das Wasser nur ganz flach abfällt.

la maisonnette a tenu sa promesse :tout y est pour un séjour agréable .l'emplacement ,l'accueil charmant et discret de Loredana , le joli jardin ,le confort intérieur . nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour en amoureux afin de decouvrir la région . petit bémol : une chaise longue aurait été la bienvenue après nos journées de visite .....

Carissimi Martine e Marc, Vi ringrazio tantissimo per il vostro educato soggiorno e per le belle parole che ci avete dedicato nel libro degli ospiti e nella recensione. Cerchiamo di essere molto attenti e discreti con i nostri ospiti proprio per garantire giorni veramente sereni. Per questo motivo ogni giorno siamo soliti chiedere loro se tutto procede per il meglio! Voi, purtroppo, vi siete fatti scrupoli....ci avete sempre risposto perfect! Bastava chiedere....farci capire....vi assicuro che di sdraie ne avreste avute una ciascuno. Come è chiaramente visibile dalle foto ci è letteralmente impossibile, per ragioni di spazi “medievali”, inserirle all’interno del piccolo salottino ma in giardino....... Mi dispiace veramente tanto che per questa incomprensione abbiate dovuto rinunciare ad una maggiore comodità. Quando vi vedremo tornare saremo ben lieti di accontentarvi per il meglio. Ein kleines Paradies auf Erden

Ein Häuschen wie aus einer anderen Zeit, umgeben von einem traumhaften Garten. Noch nie hatten wir eine Ferienwohnung, die so sauber, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet war. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen und Spielen ein. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, der Strand, die Altstadt, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Sogar der Bahnhof. Das Häuschen liegt in der bezaubernden Altstadt, die durch ihre kleinen Gassen und schöne Kneipen besticht. In Porto San Giorgio ist für jederman etwas geboten. Spielplätze für Kinder, schöne Restaurants, Musik-und Kunstveranstaltungen. Aber was besonders hervorzuheben ist, ist die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit der Bewohner, insbesondere aber von Zia Loredana und ihrem Mann Piero.Zwei wunderbare Menschen, die uns mit ihrer Gastreundschaft und Herzlichkeit wie zu Hause haben fühlen lassen und uns einen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Urlaub geschenkt haben. Un grazie di cuore a Loredana e Piero, und auch an Valentina, die uns vor unserer Ankunft mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!!!

un angolo di paradiso

Casa e giardino belli ancora più che nelle foto. Casa piccolina, ma accessoriata, pulita e profumata. Proprietari disponibili e precisi. Abbiamo trascorso 18 giorni piacevolissimi: un Agosto caldo e umido, ma nel giardino aria e ombra gradevolissime e nella torre sonni freschi la notte. La casa è nel centro storico affascinante della città ed il mare si raggiunge in poche pedalate. Una soluzione perfetta per riposare e al tempo stesso godersi il mare e l'offerta turistica di questa bella cittadina. Grazie a Valentina e zia Loredana per aver condiviso con noi chiacchierate piacevoli e il loro angolo di paradiso.
