Oceanfront Townhome - Atlantic Watergate, Spectacular Views!

Our Oceanfront townhome is in the Atlantic Watergate section of the Towershores community in North Bethany Beach. The home is situated next to the Delaware State Park and Nature Preserve, so there are no homes on the beach to your left - only beautiful beach! Bethany is known as 'The Quiet Resort'. You'll find plenty of room to fly kites, play wiffle ball, horseshoes, or play beach volleyball using our community net. Fishing is allowed on the State Park beach, so bring your pole! The community prides itself on their excellently maintained tennis courts and a playground with swings. Biking is safe and easy on the bike lanes throughout Bethany.

The ocean views from this home are spectacular and can be enjoyed from the kitchen & living areas as well as the 2nd floor Guest bedroom and the 3rd floor Master bedroom. The 3rd floor bunk room enjoys a beautiful view of the sunset over the Bay. Our home has a beachfront covered porch with rocker and table with chairs. It has a platform deck with lounge chairs and dining table with chairs, private, fenced, 'sand yard' that opens onto the beach, complete with adirondack chairs.

The 1st floor has a Dining Room, Full kitchen, Living Room, & Powder Room. The Dining Room has a table with chairs that seats 6-8 people. The Kitchen has 2 bar stools at the counter, an oversized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, & a glass-top oven/stove. The utensils, pots & pans, and dishes are supplied. The Living room has 2 full sized comfy couches (one is a Queen sleeper), 2 swivel chairs, an entertainment center with smart tv, Cable, Sega Genesis & games, board games, cards, lots of books, and a boom box radio. There are plenty of side tables and lots of good lighting. The room opens onto the screened-in porch that overlooks the Ocean.

The 2nd floor has a large Guest bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a dresser, nightstands, chair, and a smart T.V. with Cable. It has a private screened-in porch that overlooks the ocean. The 2nd & 3rd Guest bedrooms are on the bayside. They are divided by a locking accordion door, so you could use them as one large room if you like! Both rooms have a double bed, a dresser, a nightstand, and a closet. Each room also has a TV. There is a full bathroom between the oceanfront bedroom & the bayside bedrooms.

The 3rd floor has a Master bedroom with a private deck that overlooks the ocean. It has a King-sized bed, dresser, night stands, smart T.V. and a vaulted, open beam ceiling with a ceiling fan. There is a bathroom with a large shower and double sinks. The 3rd floor also has a bayside bunk area. One set of bunks has a double bottom and twin top bunk and the other set has twin/twin bunks. There is a chest, dresser, and TV/DVD. This bonus area doesn't have a door or closet.

The carport houses an enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water, a utility room with a full-sized washer & dryer, charcoal grill, and beach chairs for your convenience.

There is parking for 3 cars total.
