Great beach vacation home!

We just finished a terrific week at this beautifully furnished townhouse. We loved being so close to the beach! While at the house, we enjoyed looking out over the state park grounds and watching the ocean from our balconies. The owners always communicated with us promptly. My family all really enjoyed staying there!

Great location

We always stay in the same community every year and this was one of the best locations. Directly across from the playground and steps to the beach. Having the decks that face the State Park is great when just wanting to relax and take in the view. Short drive into Bethany or Dewey Beach. Really enjoyed taking my daughter out at night on the beach to see and catch the Ghost Crabs that come out after the sun goes down.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is perfect for any type of group. It is literally fifty steps from the sand, we were back and forth all day. The home is unique in that each of the sleep areas are separate and private, yet the common areas and decks allow for great group interaction and beautiful views. Renovated kitchen and baths add to the beach home’s charm. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing townhouse & location

My family and I and extended families have been coming to Bethany Beach De and staying in the Tower Shores area for about 25 years. Our group will usually rent 5-6 units when we are all there. This is by far the best and nicest unit that I have ever stayed in. It is so well kept & maintained, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It was clean inside upon our anrrival and we hope to be able to rent this unit again in 2025. Thank you to Tom for all being so kind and responsive to my questions. 5 stars all the way

We have owned Unit # 61 in the Atlantic Watergate (Patmos) since 1979. We have worked very hard and invested much to make it a very comfortable and enjoyable beach property for our tenants who have enjoyed it for more than 4 decades. We have furnished it to make it like we would want in a vacation property. We asked that you treat it like it was your own home because we strive to make it enjoyable for all our tenants.

We sincerely hope you have a wonderful beach family vacation and that the memories you make will last a lifetime.

Why they chose this property

You have access to a private beach which is approximately 50 yards from the front door. All the back decks have beautiful views of the dunes and ocean, including beautiful star gazing at night because we are adjacent to the undeveloped Delaware state park. If you like a quiet beach resort, then you have found an excellent vacation rental. Families are most welcome. You also have a charcoal grill in the backyard.

What makes this property unique

There is a wonderfully equipped children's playgroun 30 yards from your front door which is line of sight from the townhouse's front deck. There are also 2 tennis courts for tennis and pickel ball players.
