Very nice property. As expected for a place like Ypres, the stairs are very narrow and it is not mobility accessible (we didn’t need this). It’s a perfect walking distance to the square and there was easy street parking.

Fantastic location in the centre of Ypres. The house is small but lovely. It is on three floors and the stairs are steep and narrow so good mobility is necessary. Please note the second bedroom is a sofa bed in the lounge which you must walk through to get from the first bedroom (second floor) to the kitchen or bathroom. We found it difficult to find a place to park when we arrived as the town was very busy.

The location was close to Menin Gate, Cloths Hall, Flanders Museum, Ypres Musuem. The location provides multiple dining options. A great base to venture out for your Great War sites and museums. Bernard is quick to respond to all your questions.

Bernard was very friendly and the place was clean and beds were comfortable. We were there for a quick visit. Location was easy to find amd very close to Meni Gate ceremony (less than 5 min walk) and central square with lots of options for drinks and food. Must be able to do stairs, not a problem for us, but lots of steep stairs up to sleeping quarters. Street parking was available just behind house. Quiet area. All the comforts of home.
