It boasts views of the Gulf from a third-floor master bedroom, spacious bedrooms, comfortable living space, and a gourmet kitchen. This one-of-a-kind vacation rental is located in the gated community Emerald Waters Village, which provides two community pools and deeded beach access within walking distance! The home offers five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests.

Guests will be greeted to the home by the open floor plan living area with beautiful marble flooring flowing throughout. The living room provides seating for eight and a large mounted flat screen with a DVD player for guests' entertainment. The gourmet kitchen has all stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances including a six-burner gas range. Enjoy your creations at the formal dining area for six, with additional seating for four guests available at barstools along the kitchen counter. A half bath services the open floor plan living area.

Also located on the first floor is a king suite and a laundry room. The first-floor king suite is complete with a flat-screen TV and a full en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The laundry room has a Kenmore washer and a Maytag dryer.
