The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have single beds and share a bathroom. Spacious living room with balcony, and a fully equiped kitchen, included a coffee machine with complementary capsules.
Located just across the french school, a few steps away from the subway and the tram.
We live downstairs if you need anything, and will be happy to help you booking a restaurant or a visit to the museums.

Great stay

We stayed at this property for eight nights in July. Luca greeted us upon arrival and gave us the overview of the place and the neighborhood. The apartment was beautiful and functional. The coffee maker quit while we were there, and Luca replaced it with a new one the same day. Free parking was directly in front of the property, which served us well...we were on the go a lot. There was a record-breaking heat wave while we were there, and the air conditioner couldn't keep up...not sure if it was malfunctioning or simply overwhelmed. Aside from the heat and poor sleep for some resulting from it, our time at this property was awesome. Thanks, Anne and Luca!

Esperienza positivissima, alloggio pulitissimo, luminoso e immerso nel verde, che a Milano è una gran bella sorpresa!!! Anne ci ha trattati come se fossimo di famiglia, diaponibile, attenta e premurosa. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, anche a famiglie con bambini, con vicinissime, anzi sotto casa, le fermate di tram 16 e metro M5. Grazie di cuore Anne....a presto...

Great apartment, very confortable! Would definitely stay here again!

I loved Anne’s apartment! It was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were spacious. Her husband Luca lives at the apartment below and he was very helpful in everything that we needed. We could not meet Anne because she was out of town but she was always reachable by phone and e mail. The hosts are excellent! The parking in the street was not a problem. Easy to find. The bus to the center is very close. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Luca and Anne for everything! We had a great time at your place.

Sooo Accommodating!

The apartment was roomier than it appears in the pictures. The owner was so gracious with the timing of our arrival, since we came as two groups. She happily changed the dining room table to a bigger one to accommodate our large group. She had food for a continental-style breakfast waiting for us and gave us information about the area. The location is a nice neighborhood on the same square as a metro station.
