Fräsch villa i Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena, Malaga.
Huset ligger högt i ett villaområde och har fin utsikt över området och havet. Njut av solen och brisen på den stora insynsskyddade altanen, delvis under tak. Egen pool ca 3x7m, med direkt access från kök och vardagsrum.
Entrevåning med modernt fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum med matplats och soffor, öppen spis samt smartTV. Tvättstuga. Gästtoalett.
Övervåning med Master Bedroom med eget badrum och Walk-in closet samt fantastisk utsikt. Ytterligare två sovrum med två sängar i varje och generösa garderober samt ett badrum.

På några minuters gångavstånd finns restauranger och matbutiker. Ca 15 minuters promenad till Arroyo de la Miel Pueblo. Ca 10 minuter med bil eller buss till Benalmadena Pueblo. Pendeltåg från Arroyo de la Miel Pueblo till bla flygplats (20min), Malaga och Fuengirola. Ca 30 minuters promenad genom byn till lång fin sandstrand, med massor av butiker och restauranger.
Aktiviteter för hela familjen inom gångavstånd: Delfinarium, linbana upp till bergen, parker och Marinan.
Avstånd till Malagas flygplats ca 15 minuter med bil.

Our 2nd fabulous stay!!

Stayed here last year and couldn’t wait to come again. We had another wonderful time at this fabulous property. Pool has been refurbished and there have been improvements to the property. Erik is great. Communication is first rate with questions answered quickly and issues speedily addressed. Highly recommended thanks Erik.

Great Villa and facilities

Stayed in the villa for 9 nights at the end of September beginning of October. The villa ticked all our boxes. Although well back from the hustle and bustle of Benalmadena center it was a haven to come back to and relax in the peace and quiet. The facilities especially the refurbished kitchen, the air con and excellent wifi ensured it was a like a home from home.

Wonderful holiday.

We had a lovely family holiday at the Villa, good location, lovely view from pool and patio area. Well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended

Early Getaway

We have just returned from a week in the villa and i have decided to leave a 5 star review as the villa was just as expected. In the interests of fairness i should note that the place is in need of a few repairs and a general lick of paint outside , dont book expecting to find yourself in a five star glamorous villa but do book if you want a comfy, clean and superbly equipped place to lay your head. We were so impressed with either the cleaners or the owners (not sure which) for the way in which they have allowed the villa to accumulate an unbelievable amount of generally useful items ...if you have forgotten something you can be pretty sure you will find it here, washing tabs, dishwasher tabs, loo rolls, kitchen rolls, salt, pepper, olive oil and just about anything you might need ...including when we arived 3 bottles of cava which we left for the next person.......this all made life so easy. The beds are super comfy, showers are lovely , outside furniture is brilliant and 4 new sunbeds were brilliant. Kitchen has everything you could ever wish for and more and the veiws from the terrace are lovely. cable car is a ten minute walk and Arroya a further 10 minutes down the road but bear in mind its all uphill on the way home . We tried to walk to the marina but found it a little too far. All in all a stress free rental and i wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it,

Fabulous location

This place has a beautiful location with breathtaking views. For the off peak price we paid I’d say we got value for money. Having seen the peak summer prices, I’d be disappointed if I’d paid that much. Some attention to detail is needed with maintenance such as plenty of light bulbs need replacing, pool tiles need replacing, pillows on the beds are terrible and difficult to sleep on. Cleaning could do with a bit more attention. All in all a great stay for the price we paid but wouldn’t be at its peak price.
