Beautiful, family-friendly 2 BR, 2 bath villa, available July 5/2026 - 7/12/2026
This is a 2 bedroom, garden-view villa at Marriott OceanWatch Villas. Master BR has king bed with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath. There is also a pull-out sofa in LR. Unit has a well-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area as well as a private deck. Flat-screen TV and DVD in living room and each bedroom. Washer,dryer in unit. Walk to the beach or enjoy the 4 outdoor pools, waterslide, one indoor pool and large hot-tubs. Family friendly, kids will love it! Many amenities including shopping, restaurants and golf within minutes. Only own one week, July 5/2026 - July 12/2026. No other weeks available.

Our family lives in Raleigh, NC and we have spent many weeks at this resort. It is very clean, villas are well-appointed and we have always had a great time. The woodsy pool with playground and waterslide are especially popular with the kids. Tangier outlets are 3 miles away and there are many terrific golf courses a short drive from the property. Both our children are less than 10 and they absolutely love this place!
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because it was only a 3 hour drive from Raleigh and guaranteed us a nice week at the beach every summer. In addition, the property was new at the time and is still in great condition and the resort and grounds are very clean.
