Domaine du Cap Nègre magnificent Le Corbusier-style villa 3' from the sea

Located in a magnificent private and guarded estate with a beach supervised by our own lifeguard (July/August). Direct access to the 2 beaches via a staircase or a small road inside the estate. All shops (summer market on Mondays), water sports, bike hire, jet skis and beach restaurants nearby in the village of Cavalière.
Recently renovated villa with air conditioning and top-of-the-range amenities. Fully equipped for 10 people with large terrace and magnificent infinity pool (9x4m) set in 2000 m2 of wooded, shady grounds.
Five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, induction). All comforts, 2 TVs, hi-fi, fibre, DVD player, table tennis, barbecue. All the beauty of the Domaine du Cap Nègre, wonderful walks, safety for children and its 2 small ‘semi-private’ beaches !!!

We travelled as a big family of 10 people, aged 10 to 70. The house was perfect for all ages and the pool area is amazing! The house has got five bedrooms, and four of them are really great. The owner was really helpful with all our questions before the visit. We can highly recommend this house! Thank you for a lovely week!

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Wunderschön gelegenes Haus. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön, für mehrere Personen ideal. Schöner und gepflegter Pool. Die Besitzer, die Concierge und die Portiers sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Magnifique semaine à 2 familles avec ados. L'environnement est calme et les espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs sont très agréables, les photos et descriptions sont représentatives. La villa est très bien équipée. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la piscine ensoleillées toute la journée, avec la vue sur la baie de Cavalière, et un accès très pratique et rapide à la plage (privée et publique). Un séjour au top!

Maison épatante dans un domaine grandiose

Très belle semaine passée dans cette villa confortable au charme indéniable, à la vue magnifique et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Le concert des cigales berçait nos après-midi au bord de la piscine et l’accès à la plage privée du domaine nous a offert des moments de baignade extraordinaires. Le coucher du soleil derrière la colline de Cavalière est superbe.

Idyllic villa in Cap Negre

We had the most fabulous 2 weeks in this stunning villa in Cap Negre. Having holidayed in the area before we had identified this domaine a favourable location …stunning views, a private beach and walkway to the main beach in Cavaliere.. Jean-Francois was a pleasure to deal with and Ursula the housekeeper was most helpful we have already requested to book the same period next year which says it all really !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine en octobre et nous pouvons dire que les photos ne mentent pas. Magnifique emplacement avec très belle vue sur la baie de Cavalière. La maison est très bien équipée, mais n'est pas pratique s'il faut manger à l'intérieur. La piscine est fantastique. Une petite plage privée est accessible à pied, d'où nous pouvons marcher jusqu'à la baie de Cavalière et profiter de ses sympathiques restaurants... ... nous ne sommes pas prêt d'oublier ce séjour!

Top Lage, gute Ausstattung

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage mit vernünftiger Ausstattung. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert, was angesichts der Lage ganz oben auf einem Hügel auch notwendig ist. Garten und Pool perfekt zum Sonnen. Privatstrand nach wenigen Minuten Fußmarsch erreichbar.

Tolle Villa mit klasse Blick auf Cavalière...! Wir waren sehr zufrieden 😀 mit dem Aufenthalt..! Super Pool...! Küche top..! Genug Schlafzimmer.. für jeden was dabei...! Ich als Malermeister sagt, das die Villa innen und außen mal einen Anstrich vertragen kann...! Wir würden aber immer wieder die Villa mieten...! Gruß an die Besitzer

Had a fabulous week. The villa was perfect for us (2 grown-ups and 4 twenty somethings), exactly as described + pool and view amazing. We all loved it. Having the private beach was a bonus and we found a couple of super restaurants within walking distance. 10/10 and would love to return

Our third visit

Although on an increasingly busy and crowded coast this villa not only offers visitors a quiet 'get away' and easy access to a superb sandy beach but is also well equipped for family groups. Particularly if you hire bikes, it is very close to the local shops along the cycle and walkway which is adjacent to the domaine. The SW facing terrace has sun all day long and well into the evening but also has shady trees for the hottest days. This was our third visit and we very much hope to stay again next year.

Villa très bien située spacieuse, près de la plage , vue sur mer, le seul regret nous n'avons pas pu beaucoup profiter de cette magnifique piscine car quand le mistral souffle son chauffage n'arrive pas à la maintenir en température. Ceci semble être une option qu'il ne faut pas oublier de demander au moment de la réservation de sorte que celui-ci soit en service avant votre arrivée, elle a mis 3 jours à chauffer et ensuite le mistral c'est levé, dommage .

Un séjour ressourçant dans un cadre préservé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, reposant et pleinement ressourçant dans cette belle villa au sein d'un domaine préservé, véritable havre de paix. La vue magnifique est un spectacle permanent et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine ainsi que la plage du domaine accessible à pied (par des escaliers mais on peut s'y rendre en voiture si enfants en bas âge). La villa est fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. La piste cyclable qui passe juste derriere le domaine est un plus appréciable pour des belles balades à pied ou en vélo. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes d'informations. A l'unanimité, nous souhaitons revenir aux prochaines vacances !

Superbe villa

We stayed for the second year in this house. The location is perfect, youcan walk to the private beach (with guard in July and August) and from there to the beautiful public beach of Cavaliere where there is a sailing school. The swimming pool and the terrace are gorgeous with nice furniture and there is sun till very late at night. The view of Cavaliere is very pretty. The house is located in the private domaine of Cap Negre and you can also have beautiful walks on the terraine. The owners are very nice and if there is ever a problem, they will do everything to resolve it. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will definitely come back. Merci!

An excellent villa for a family holiday

For the second year we have just returned from an excellent family holiday in this villa. Read my appreciation from last year (not sure why there are three copies!) and you will understand why we returned this year. It has everything needed for a family holiday particularly with a six year old! We all enjoyed it and hope to book again next year.

J'adore cette maison et aime y revenir pour un séjour en famille pour la farniente, le repos et la beauté du site. Belle habitation spacieuse et accueillante. Offre un panoramique magnifique sur la plage de Cavaliere depuis sa jolie piscine. L'accès direct à la plage est un plus.
