Amenities abound including hardwood floors, sunroom, updated bathrooms, fully-stocked kitchen (excludes groceries), fireplace, central air, laundry, patio w/chimnea, board games and more! The home comes completely stocked with most amenities that you would need including bed and bathroom linens, small kitchen appliances, some bathroom toiletries, and even a Keurig coffee maker (a few k-cups provided). The home is clean, comfortable & simply decorated with a minimalistic approach for your enjoyment. Home available for 30+ day stays.

The bedroom and bathroom arrangements are as follows:

This was our second stay at this place. There were many improvements from the last time were there. It is also 1/2 a block from St. Cloud Hospital which was really nice!

Comfortable and family friendly home

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this house. The kids get excited to come to the "garden house" with stashes of games and puzzles, colorful and fun rooms, and raspberries to pick. We love the comfortable beds, being near the neighborhood park, and relaxing in the sun room while the kids are busy playing.

GIRLS WEEKEND

We absolutely loved this house, was perfect for us 6 girls to stay there, plenty of room and very clean. We took an uber to and from HAIRBALL concert and had a blast.

Great home and location

Only issue was a couple door knobs need to be looked at and some bugs but I’m not from Minnesota so not sure how they do bug spray there. Maybe a walkway from back garage area to home also. Great home

Everything Was Great

The house was clean, comfortable, roomy, had everything we needed. Minor issue with parking, we had 5 vehicles to deal with. Other than that a great place to stay.

Plenty of space in the house. Unfortunately, the finished basement was unusable where the largest TV and lounging area is located. There was water in the basement and it smelled horrible. Tried to work with the property manager on discounting our stay based upon the unusable space with no success…

Huskies Hockey Game Weekend

We had a great weekend reminiscing about our college days at SCSU. Went to two hockey games where the Huskies dominated Denver. Home was everything we expected and more.

Nice place

The house is cute and clean. It’s located in a fairly busy area of town so I was surprised at how quiet it was. My only problem with the house was not a house problem but a me problem. I have bad knees and the stairs were too much for my old creaky knees. Other than that, it was great.

Weekend in St Cloud

The property in St Cloud is within driving distance to the campus and restaurants. It has two nice sized bedrooms upstairs with a half bath. The main level has an additional bedroom with twin beds and a full bath. The house was comfortable to stay in. We used the kitchen to heat up soups for dinner and made breakfast in the mornings. The pots and pans could have been better but it worked. For a weekend getaway to see a college student, it was just what we needed.

Nice Property with great location

Overall we enjoyed the property. Several minor issues: Stove light out. Had to replace both lights in master bedroom nightstands. Bathtub was filthy, we cleaned before kids took a bath. Towel holder in upstairs bathroom fell off. Screens in upstairs bedroom had holes which prevented us to open for fresh air. The cleaning person needs to spend a bit more time in cleaning the floors. With that said, we would stay there again, most of these issue were minor and can be taken care of. We would stay there again next time in St Cloud. The owner was attentive and allowed us to arrive at 1pm rather than 4pm.
