Pleasant 43m² chalet with air conditioning, for couples, families (ideal for a couple and two children) or friends, with an enclosed garden of around 300m², a furnished terrace, a barbecue, a clotheshorse, a rack for 5 bikes and a private car park, located on the route des 7 ports between the coastal path and the cycle path along the railway, fully fitted out in 2011, it consists of:

DAY AREA:
 - A fitted kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob + extractor hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, pots and pans, pots and pans, kitchen utensils
- A lounge with sofa bed 130x190, T.V., storage cabinet
- A bathroom with W.C.

NIGHT AREA:
- On one side a 140x190 bed, bedside tables and storage cabinet
- On the other two bunk beds with drawer, a bedside table and storage cabinet

OUTSIDE SPACE
- A terrace of approximately 20m2 facing south / southeast with garden furniture and barbecue
- A garden about 300m2
- Private parking (vehicle advised)

A BB kit available on request: travel cot + mattress + mattress cover, high chair and bath seat.
