The Acuaro apartment, very special, cozy and stylish "Loft" for 2 people only has ground floor and there are no steps. The large living room with sofa-bed, SAT-TV, dining table is equipped and decorated with several furniture of character. The spacious bedroom is divided by a central wall of the living room and has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), several small furniture, a sofa and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is very cute and fully equipped with a fridge, butane stove, toaster, coffee maker and kitchenware. There is a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and shelves
Accessibility: children are admitted, pets are not allowed, smoking is accessible for wheelchairs. There is a large shared pool.
It has a large private garden with barbecue.
The payment eco local rate.
the first 8 days 2 euro per person per adult per night from day 9 will be paid 1.50 euro per night per adult, children do not pay eco rate.

What a wonderful stay!

Paradiesisch!!

Ein so wunderbar, friedlicher Fleck Erde! Wir waren restlos begeistert vom wundervollen Garten, dem kleinen und sehr gemütlichen Häuschen und der unendlichen Gastfreundschaft des Hausherren. Jose lebt mit auf dem Gelände und hat uns mit allerhand Köstlichkeiten und tollen Tips versorgt. Die Umgebung ist perfekt um abzuschalten oder verschiedene Tagesausflüge in alle Ecken von der Insel zu unternehmen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf!

Très bon séjour dans une maison décorée de façon très personnelle et originale. Les extérieurs aussi sont agrémentés de sculptures. Bons conseils de José.

Es war sooooo wunderbar, diese Ruhe und die Einzigartigkeit der kleinen Finca sind toll. Der Vermieter genannt Pepe ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzliche. Er hat uns mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und Creme Catalunya versorgt. Es war ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Kleiner Tipp Mückennetzt für über das Bett mitnehmen 😅

Mallorca Immer wieder gerne

Hallo Zusammen Erstmal ein ganz Großes Lob an unseren Finca VermieterJose. So wie er müssten alle sein Gastfreundlich,immer da wenn man ihn braucht und Fragen hat. Zur Finca kann man nur Super sagen für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend alles da was man braucht. Der Pool war der Hammer Sauber und Groß und schön angelegt. Die von ihm angefertigten Skulpturen sind auf dem ganzen Grundstück in Szene gesetzt und passen wunderbar zum Gesamteindruck. Wer Ruhe sucht ist bei Jose genau richtig. Da er Künstler ist sind seine 2 Fincas natürlich dementsprechend auch so eingerichtet mit Skulpturen,Bildern,Möbelstücken,Holz und natürlich im Mallorquinischen Stil. Dies ist unsere persönliche Meinung den die Geschmäcker sind Gottseidank verschieden. Uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach Mallorca und dann natürlich wieder zu Jose Danke für die Erholsame Zeit bei dir Ela und Renė

Ein Ort der Ruhe in einer mit Kunstwerken gestaltete Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus Acarios stellt die Kunstwerke des Gastgebers in der Alltagsumgebung aus. Große Bilder und Skulpturen bilden die Raumdekoration. Badezimmer ist klein aber die Dusche ist ausreichend groß. Die Küche verfügt über eine Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Nützliche Dinge, wie Spüli, Spültuch, Oel und Essig sowie Gewürze stehen leider nicht zur Verfügung. Der nächste uns bekannte Supermarkt mit Parkfläche liegt 8min mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum Flughafen keine 20min. Die kleine Terrasse mit dem direkten Zugang zum Pool ist einmalig. -

Ein wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl

Ein Künstler mit einer einer wunderbaren freundlichen und charmanter Art. Hilft immer gerne. Diese Gelassenheit und Ruhe findet sich auf dem gesamten Grundstück wieder. Wer Erholung sucht und entspannen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Man benötigt dort schon ein Auto damit man schon alles erreichen kann. Zu Fuß ist es schwierig. Eine halbe Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt und man hat vollkommen seine Ruhe. War selten so begeistert von einer Unterkunft plus Gastgeber.

Erholung pur und ein fantastischer Gastgeber

Die Finca liegt schön einsam und fern ab vom Massentourismus. Man hat alles vor Ort, was nötig ist und der Pool bietet einem Tag und Nacht eine herrliche Erfrischung. Nachts kann man einen wunderschönen Sternenhimmel betrachten und den Zikaden lauschen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im nächsten Ort oder am Strand, zum Flughafen benötigt man ca. 20 Minuten. WiFi und deutsches Fernsehen gibt es gratis dazu. Der Gastgeber José ist ein kreativer Künstler und seine liebevoll gestalteten Skulpturen sind einzigartig und faszinierend. Ich durfte einen Blick in sein Atelier werfen und war überwältigt. Er ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man einen Wunsch hat und kümmert sich außerordentlich um seine Gäste. Uns hat er mitten in der Nacht eingesammelt, nachdem unser Navi uns am Ankunftstag in die Irre geführt hat. Zwischendurch verwöhnte er uns auch noch mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten. Ich kann ihn und seine Finca nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal, José. Liebe Grüße Conny mit Mailin und Julius
