The space
The house is setup on 4 levels. The basement has a nice family room. The main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath. The second floor has three queen bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor has a king bed and full bath. The house was totally remodeled, yet retains that historic feel and charm.

Guest access
Use of the whole house. Split on four levels. Nice outside front porch and back deck.

There are two parking spaces in back and two parking passes for street parking.

We enjoyed our stay on Bluff St! The townhome is quite charming and cozy. We loved the location in downtown as it was easy to walk to the Fenelon Elevator, St Raphael Cathedral, and many restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable!

Winter Trip

Enjoyed our stay in a very historic home in Dubuque. We enjoyed the location as it was close to many breweries and restaurants. We enjoyed downtime in the basement it was very quiet and inviting.
