Verblijf in de zomer met kids

Een ruim appartement met grote tuin en álle voorzieningen. Supermarkt, verse bakker, pizzeria en restaurant om de hoek. Leuke markt op dinsdag en vrijdag. De douchebak kon nieuwe kitranden gebruiken maar verder was het appartement goed in orde.

Équipement spartiate problèmes énormes de ventilation dans la salle de bains et les toilettes. La cabine de douche ne ferme pas. Pas de placard pour ranger les vêtements. mobilier désuet et inadapté au séjour d'une famille. absence de détecteur de fumée. Literie à revoir.

Für Strandurlaub ohne viel Schnik-Schnak.

Gepflegtes Appartementhaus mit guten Nahvertsorgungsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Fleischer, kleiner Supermarkt, Wochenmarkt in unter 2 Minuten erreichbar. Strand auch mit kleinen Kindern fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Manches könnte erneuert werden. Fehlendes WLAN ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, lädt aber gleichzeitig zu alternativen Zeitvertreib ein.

Appartement fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 ados). Procédure d'accès tres simple avec récupération des clés chez Cathy Service à 2 min à pied. Ménage impeccable et lit fait avec l'option drap. Le jardin est un vrai plus car très bien exposé au soleil.

J'irai revoir ma Normandie

Location bien située près de la plage et des commerces. Sols, glaces, sanitaires propres. Par contre, les éléments de cuisine et les ustensiles ont eu besoin d'un récurage. Le L.V. marchait mais le distributeur de sel est certainement défectueux,. Manque bassine et essoreuse à salade

Excellent séjour dans un appartement très fonctionnel et agréable surtout avec des enfants du fait du jardin très bien exposé. Manque simplement une bouilloire électrique et une planche à repasser à moins que nous n'ayons pas su la trouver. Expérience à renouveller et à recommander .

Bonjour L appartement est très bien placé, proche des commerces, du lac, de la plage, c est parfait. La personne qui devait nous accueillir n est pas venu, elle s est fait remplacé et ne répond pas aux messages quand vous lui posez une question. En ce qui concerne l appartement, il est sale. Quand nous sommes arrivés il a fallu relaver aleses et couverture qui avait une odeur nauséabonde.. ..quant à la poussière n en parlons pas.... La chasse d eau est défectueuse et l eau ne cesse de couler si vous ne faites pas attention. Dans la salle de bain, une odeur affreuse s echappe de la douche.... Bref, quand on demande 800 euros par semaine, on fait en sorte de louer un bien correct, au moins nettoyé et sans odeur. C est bien d investir dans un appartement pour le louer mais il faudrait peut être s en occuper. C est dommage car il est très bien placé et nous avons pu faire de nombreuses ballades.
