Pre - Cruise Stay-October 16 thru 19

Four couples stayed in this lovely apartment prior to a Mediterranean Cruise. Alex, the property manager was very helpful and assisted us when needed. Our stay was during the week of very heavy protesting in the city center but we felt totally safe where we were located and actually ventured to the city center a couple of times. We would reserve this apartment again!

Barcelona X-mas 2024

Apartament is very large, well equipment.Well connection to local transport,metro etc.Very busy trafic outside apt. Noise can be disturbing for sleeping. I recomend use earblocks. Overall nice stay.

Alex was an excellent host and very accommodating. The property was clean and in a great location. We loved the area, especially its proximity to restaurants and grocers. Being slightly outside from the city center was so great!! Highly recommend!

EXCELLENTE ADRESSE

L'appartement est magnifique et spacieux. Il est situé dans un très bel immeuble qui a beaucoup de charme et de cachet. Il y a un accès facile au métro.Nous étions 2 familles de 4 personnes avec des ados de 13 et 15 ans. Alex était présent à notre arrivée vers 21h. C'est une personne très sympathique et facilement joignable. Il a pris le temps de nous faire une visite des lieux et de nous donner des explications sur les transports, les supermarchés et les restaurants.L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Il y a une machine dans la buanderie qui fait lave-linge combiné avec unsèche-linge et qui est très pratique. La propreté est irréprochable. Un logement sans fausse note et une adresse à recommander. ainsi que de noys

Bel appartement

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et tout près du métro et des autobus. Il est situé dans un beau quartier et l'environnement est sécuritaire. L'hôte a fournit tous les documents et renseignements dont nous avions besoin pour faciliter notre séjour. Plusieurs restaurants et épiceries sont à distance de marche. L'hôte répond rapidement. Je recommande cet appartement.

Mooi modern appartement!

Met z’n zevenen 4 nachten in het appartement verbleven. Het is een mooi appartement en een goede uitvalsbasis om Barcelona te bezoeken. Het is modern, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Verder veel praktische informatie in het appartement aanwezig en de communicatie verliep vriendelijk. Wat ons betreft een aanrader!

Perfekte Unterkunft für viele Gäste

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt für viele Gäste. Wir waren mit 8 Personen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt ist ebenfalls sehr nett, also rundum alles top!

Tolle Wohnung. Relativ zentral gelegen. Sauber, gut ausgestattet. Allerdings könnte die Kaffeemaschine etwas größer sein.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Nette Wohnung, so vorgefunden wie auf den Bildern und im Text beschrieben, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zu kleine Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend ergänzt, netter Vermieter. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Gute Anbindung an die Metro. Straßenlärm mit einkalkulieren. Leider keinen Geschirrspüler.
