This typical majorcan house outdoors are outstanding, and the chlorine 11x5m swimming pool with a deph ranging that goes from 1.40m to 2.00m, is surrounded by a big grass área, where you can make the most of the sun, or play with the kids. The property disposes of two furnished porchs, one beside the swimming pool, and another one equipped with a barbecue and a wood stove.

It is divided in two floors, and decorated in a very functional way. There are five bedrooms with wardrobes, and three bathrooms.
At the ground floor, you will feel like at home at the open dining-room, watching the satellite TV, and the equipped gas kitchen, it has all the necessary amenities to prepare tasty dishes. Three of the bedrooms ,, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, invite you to dream after a long day. There is also a bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. The house also disposes of a washing área, with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

Only 2,6km from the house separate you from the idylic and protected Es Trenc beach, and little unforgettable coves at Colonia de Sant Jordi, an ideal place if you fancy to eat fresh fish. At night, the port lights up and becomes very lively. Due to its location, between Colonia de Sant Jordi, Sa Ràpita, Ses Salines and Campos, you will find a lot of services like restaurants and bars, grocery shops, supermarkets, etc. The capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 40 minutes driving, dont miss the old town and the Cathedral!

The wooden oven by the barbecue can't be used.

Family birthday holiday

We stayed here as a family of 9 for a special birthday treat. We had a lovely stay, in a great, quiet location. The outdoor area and pool were lovely and we spent every evening cooking outside. The only room for improvement would be the interior: the inside was rather dated with limited amenities considering the villa caters for 10 people. Unfortunately, there were not enough towels, cups, or mugs. Additionally, the bedding needs to be replaced due to the stains in every room. A quick trip to the local shop to buy the few things that were missing solved these issues and didn’t spoil our family holiday.

The outside area of this property is what makes this such a lovely place to stay. The pool was big enough for 8 adults and 2 children to enjoy the water together. and great fun was had by all. The outside kitchen was a godsend but more utensils would help. Unfortunately there was an issue when we arrived. The property was not ready and we had to contact the host to find out where the cleaners were and wait for them to return and complete their work. The villa would benefit from more electric fans especially with the current heatwave. There was insufficient number of fans for the number of bedrooms which made sleeping uncomfortable. Also, I would recommend a car. However, on the whole, we enjoyed our stay.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es ist etwas alt, das sieht man vor allem an den Bädern. Auch in der Küche müffelt es leider. Wir haben nicht herausgefunden woher der Geruch kam, wahrscheinlich liegt es einfach am alten Haus. Das Haus ist sehr groß und der Außenbereich super. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit hier. Auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, das haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Aussenbereich sehr toll, aber alles einfach und Mobiliar komplett aus Plastik. Küche absolut in die Jahre gekommen.Innen alles wirklich sehr alt und zusammengewürfelt. Hygiene daher auch schwierig.

La maison est spacieuse, agréable. L extérieur avec la piscine et la terrasse couverte est très appréciable. L intérieur de la maison mériterait un petit coup de frais et notamment au niveau de la literie. Par contre le chien du voisin qui aboit en permanence est insupportable. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour.

Schöne Außenanlage, alte sehr in die Jahre gekommene Finca.

Außenanlagen waren top. Leider hatten wir eine doofe Anreise, da das Bilder von der Einfahrt und Tor falsch waren. Die Koordinaten bei Google Maps waren richtig, aber die Fotos nicht. Der Schlüsselkasten befand sich unten rechts an der Seite des Tores. Diese Beschreibung wäre sinnvoll gewesen, nicht völlig falsche Fotos, die einen quasi auf die Rückseite des Anwesens führen.An der Finca angekommen erwartete uns eine schöne Außenanlage, die hier und da einige Schönheitsfehler hatte.Die Finca von innen war leider eine totale Enttäuschende. Es roch sehr muffig, in der Küche waren Arbeitsflächen, Spülmaschine und das Geschirr und Besteck sehr dreckig. Am Kochlöffel klebten noch Essensreste und in den Schubladen wimmelte es dadurch vor Ameisen. Gläser waren zum Teil kaputt und für eine 10 Personen Finca waren nur 9 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Es gab nur ein Schneidebrett, keine Salatschüssel dafür genügend Teller. Die Matratzen der Betten sind uralt und durchgelegen, alle Möbel und Einbauschränke sehr alt und dadurch muffig. Badezimmer waren zwar sauber, aber der Duschvorhang völlig verschimmelt.Tische draußen wie innen klebten.Wir schrieben eine Beschwerde E-Mail, worauf zwar reagiert wurde, aber die Putzkolonne erst am Mittwoch kam (Beschwerde E-Mail direkt Montag Abend). Danach war es aber sauber und wir konnten den Urlaub, zumindest draußen, genießen.Die Finca müsste drinnen unbedingt saniert werden.

Der Pool sowie der Außenbereich ist gepflegt und sauber.

Die Finca liegt nur 1,9 km vom Strand entfernt, für Einkäufe braucht man ein PKW. Der Pool sowie der Außenbereich ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Überdachte Outdoorküche sowie der Innenbereich der Finca ist in den Jahren gekommen aber sauber. Fazit, wenn man keine große Ansprüche stellt versöhnt der schöne Pool über vieles hinweg und man kann bei Sonnenschein einen herrlichen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir haben als 8köpfige Familie in dieser ruhig gelegenen Finca einen traumhaft schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Das gepflegt angelegte Anwesen mit dem großen Meerwasserpool und der Outdoorküche laden zum Chillen und Entspannen. Das Mobiliar im Haus ist schon etwas verwöhnt aber funktionell.

This house was just perfect for 2 families,

This house was just perfect for 2 families, 5 kids and 4 adults. The garden and swimmingpool has a really good size, perfect for playing outside! We basically just slept inside. The location was just perfect for us as well, a real countryside place, but just 2-3 km to the wonderfull Beach at Ses Covetes. And about the same distanse to Sa Ràpita with shops and places to eat. Just 35 min to the Airport and Palma City,just 8 min to Campos. Enjoy!

In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Finca liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Es Trenc Strand. Einkaufmöglichtkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in ausreichender Form in Campos und sogar einen sehr guten Bäcker in Sa Rapita. Es handelt sich nicht um ein alleinstehendes Haus, sondern vielmehr um ein Doppelhaus. Dies haben wir festgestellt, als nebenan eine Fussballmannschaft eingezogen ist, die regelmäßig bis weit in die Nacht gefeiert hat. Eine Beschwerde bei der Agentur brachte in der Hinsicht leider nichts. Die Außenanlagen des Hauses sind weitläufig und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und bietet zudem eine Umzäunung, was für uns (mit zwei Familien und insgesamt fünf kleinen Kindern) mit das wichtigste Entscheidungskriterium für die Finca war. Die große Außenküche war ok und bietet sogar einen großen Fernseher, allerdings ist sie im Küchen- und Grillbereich nicht sonderlich sauber. Die Innenausstattung und Sauberkeit hat uns am meisten gestört: Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir in vielen Ecken Dreck sowie Armeisenstraßen in der Küche vorgefunden. Außerdem "muffelte" es sehr stark, was wahrscheinlich daran lag, dass wir Ende Mai die ersten Mieter der Saison waren und es niemand vor unserer Ankunft für nötig hielt, entsprechend zu lüften. Es dauerte drei Tage bis der Geruch ein wenig verflogen war. Grundsätzlich herrscht auch starker Renovierungsbedarf, was wir vor allem am Zustand der Badeimmer und der Qualität der Matratzen feststellen mussten. Der Warmwassertank der Finca ist übrigens nicht für zehn Personen ausgelegt, so dass wir uns in der Hinsicht immer abstimmen mussten, was aber mit kleinen Kindern nicht immer einfach / planbar ist. Alles in allem könnte man aus der Finca durchaus mehr machen, da sie viele Möglichkeiten und eine tolle Lage bietet. Aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit und des offensichtlichen Renovierungsstaus passt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis aber leider nicht.
