Renovated stone house with a small south-facing courtyard and all shops nearby (between 100 and 200m). It is located 200m from the beach of Saint-Quay-Portrieux. Complete range of appliances (satellite TV, equipped kitchen and various amenities). Laundry room in the basement allowing to store bikes or beach material. Pictures of the kitchen and living area will soon be available (at the end of the works).
