Single storey house for 4/5 people completely renovated in 2018 located 200m from the beaches, 400m from the marina and the casino, close to shops, tennis and cinema in a quiet area. Independent access, free parking. Small enclosed courtyard. End of stay cleaning included. St-Quay-Portrieux is 20kms from Paimpol and Ile de Bréhat, 20kms from St-Brieuc, 50kms from Perros-Guirec, Dinan, St-Malo, Dinard 100Kms from Rennes Weekly rentals in July and August, from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. From September to June, 2 nights minimum. Public transport service nearby.
