Just do it! This home is perfect! Great home for a group, giving your guests privacy and space. The saying a kitchen is the heart of a home is so true. We appreciated the kitchens location, separated from all sleeping spaces allowing early risers to be in kitchen without disturbing anyone. The house manager Sara is a true professional, so helpful and went above and beyond to be sure we felt cared for in this home.

Review for stay from 23 May 2026 to 31 May 2026

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Tuscan hills of Zenna. The property was perfect for our group of 11, with space for more. All the rooms are in the main house, with one separate annex building, all with their own bathrooms. The shared kitchen and dining space is right by the pool, and was great for socialising, relaxing and eating with friends. The property was clean, spacious, with a rustic charm, and has all the necessary amenities. the kitchen is well stocked, but could perhaps benefit from a few more tall glasses, cups and wine glasses in the kitchen, and perhaps some plastic cups for near the pool. Marianna was very friendly and checked us in with no hassle. She was also very kind to respond to some of our questions and requests via text during our stay. It's worth noting that the villa is relatively remote, and doesnt have shops or restaurants within easy walking distance, but its well worth it for the views, the peace & queit, and the privacy. Highly recommended!

Dear Sünje, thank you for your feedback. The Villa is equipped with Olimpia Unico air conditioners, which do not require external units. They can be a little noisy, but the sleep mode helps reduce sound levels for greater comfort at night. With the recent heat, they were most likely left running at full power. We will take your suggestion about creating a shaded area into consideration. Best Regards.

A very enjoyable family stay

Very comfortable house in a beautiful setting, much enjoyed by our 3 generation family. The barbecue area is very special and the pool just right for us all. Problems with the air conditioning made some nights uncomfortable and took a while to repair but owner was responsive to our requests.
