The holiday home is located in Haren Emsland in a nice quiet location with numerous recreational opportunities nearby.
The property is fully furnished including a t. v., DVD player, dishwasher, 4 hot plates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Thanks to the bathroom and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the house is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor there is an entrance with access to the bathroom and living room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The living room is spacious and light with garden doors all around and also has an open kitchen with dining area. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and French doors to the terrace.
On the first floor is a landing with 3 spacious bedrooms and the bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet.
Outside is a large lawn, beautiful garden and spacious terrace with garden furniture and a roof. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the peace and space.
This property is not rented to groups consisting exclusively of young people.
At 200 meters walking distance you can go to EVE Spa, Sauna and Beauty salon.
