Located in the heart Udías Valley, 5 minutes of Cabezon de la Sal and 10 minutes from Comillas, it is the ideal place to enjoy a few days rest and relaxation in an environment with charm.
Built entirely with materials and capacity for 8 people.
It has a large garden with barbecue and porch.

On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace and exit to the porch and garden, two large bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, plus a bathroom with shower.
At an intermediate level, halfway up, it is a large kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a magnificent kitchen with wood stove next to the kitchen has a guest toilet and access to the garage and to the garden.
On the top floor two large bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, plus a full bathroom with a tub.

Exactly as described (except the gardens were a little overgrown)

We were very impressed with the property and the location: we spent time on the coast, walking in the mountains and sightseeing in Bilbao ... a perfect combination for our tastes. The local facilities were very good and easily accommodated our needs. Our only disappointment was the garden was overgrown.

Excelente casa y ubicación

Impresionante la casa, limpieza.. No le faltaba ningún detalle. Menaje, productos limpieza, camitas para perros, pienso... Todo lo que había en la casa, a nuestra disposición.. Jardín espectacular, con muchísimo terreno. Las fotos, desmerecen todo lo que te encuentras al llegar!! Pilar, la persona que nos recibió majísima. Nos dejó leche, café y sobaos. Todo un detalle. Las camas comodísimas, junto con las almohadas!! Leña para barbacoa y chimenea. Y sin faltar la calefacción.. Muy buen gusto para la decoración, hasta el mínimo detalle... Volveremos seguro!!!

Une superbe maison

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très belle région et dans cette incroyable maison, équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, et dotée d’un très beau jardin paysagé. On s’y est senti comme à la maison ! Elle est en plus parfaitement situé en Cantabrie, et je finirai par remercier chaleureusement nos hôtes, très agréables et très disponibles.

Desde el trato con la propietaria hasta el mínimo detalle que te encuentras en la casa, Todo es de 10. Las fotos del anuncio desmerecen lo que te encuentras al llegar, limpieza y orden máximo, menaje a raudales y hasta el más mínimo detalle y una estancia cómoda con vistas desde cualquier punto de la casa. A 15 min. Una casa preciosa en 3 niveles y en la que todo es monisimo lámparas, lavabos, muebles, jardín, hasta las llaves de paso de jardín con forma de pajaritos. Gracias Maria y Pilar. Nuestra valoración es de 10 en TODO ¡¡¡¡!

Casa perfecta en entorno privilegiado

Se trata de una casa ideal para 2 familias con niños o 4 parejas por su distribución en 2 habitaciones de matrimonio y 2 dobles y cada 2 habitaciones un baño además de un aseo en la zona común. Muy bien equipada con menaje, ropa de cama, lavadora, lavavajillas, robot de cocina...etc...en fin todo lo necesario. Maravilloso jardín con barbacoa, distintos sitios donde sentarse y recovecos con caminitos y miles de plantas y árboles por donde explorar y disfrutar niños y adultos. Muy amable atención por parte de las propietarias. La ubicación muy buena para visitar muchos sitios fabulosos en Cantabria.

Hemos estado 22 días en agosto alojados en la casa de María. Hemos estado muy a gusto, la casa está ubicada en un entorno precioso y tiene de todo, hemos estado muy cómodos. El jardín es muy grande y muy bien cuidado. Está muy cerca de las playas y del entorno de montaña para hacer excursiones. La propiedad muy agradable y disponible para resolver cualquier duda. La recomiendo sin duda.

Unos días geniales

Disfrutamos de una de las casa más bonitas en que hemos estado y nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación, próxima a la A-8 y a Cabezon de la Sal donde dispones de muchos servicios. Los propietarios muy agradables.
