Exterior apartment of 85 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and garage. Fully equipped, it is ideal for 6 people. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a room with bunk beds.
The apartment is located on the Playa de Mogro in front of the natural park of the dunes of Liencres at the mouth of the estuary of the Pas. Just 800 meters from the public golf course Abra del pas, 12 minutes from Santander and 40 minutes from the Picos de Europa place this apartment in a privileged environment.

Note: It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or people in wheelchairs because to enter the apartment you must climb a floor of stairs.

Cute apartment - very clean. Nice location and walk to the beach.

Very nice apartment - clean and well equipped! It was quiet during our stay since it was December, but very good location and walk to the beach. Jaime was a great host - made sure we were settled and that everything was working properly. We would definitely stay again!

Maravillosa casa

La localización es perfecta y las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares. La casa es amplia, está impecable, tiene de todo y es muy silenciosa, hemos descansado muchísimo. La playa está a medio monito andando y es perfecta para ir con niños. El anfitrión es muy amable y la comunicación ha sido excelente en todo momento.

Piso muy recomendable

El piso es grande, limpio y equipado con todo lo que se necesita. Jaime, el propietario, es muy amable y responde rápido a cualquier mensaje. En resumen, pasamos una semana fantástica en Cantabria y recomiendo este piso 100%!

Très bonne location

Le propriétaire Jaime est très sympathique et arrangeant. L'appartement est très propre et il y a ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Il y a ce qu'il faut au niveau de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine. Tout le monde a été satisfait et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location!

Apartamento correcto. Buena localización.

El apartamento es correcto. Las camas son cómodas y cuenta con cuna y trona si vas con bebé. En mi opinión le falta cuidar un poco los detalles. Por ejemplo: las camas que no se usan no estaban vestidas. Y eso hace que esas habitaciones no sean acogedoras. De igual modo, le falta algo de menaje de cocina: copas de vino, sacacorchos. A destacar: la comodidad de las camas y del sofá, garaje en el mismo edificio y localización. También es mejorable la calidad de internet.

Atención propietario genial, entorno espectacular, piso cómodo y moderno. Plaza de garage incluida. Las mareas en la ría hacen que se vacíe y se llene con la bajamar y pleamar, muy bonito.

El apartamento está muy bien con todo lo necesario para 5 personas. Hemos cocinado todos los dias y hay de todo. Al lado de la playa y de la escuela de surf. Zona muy tranquila. Solo ha faltado mas sol!!!

Close to beach with Balcony

This apartment had all you need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped. Good bed. Great shower. Fast internet. Excellent secure, onsite, undercover parking. Take note the apartment is 2 flights of stairs up from the front door or 3 from the car park with no elevator. Communication with the owner was good. His manager met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed. The apartment was clean if a little tired. Could do with a paint.
