Villa Zara is a superb contemporary villa with breathtaking views of the sea and the bay of St Tropez. Located on the Beauvallon estate, near the beach known as "Du Gros Pin", an underground passage which allows its occupants to get there on foot by borrowing and avoiding crossing the road. Villa perfect for family holidays or with friends.
This spacious 250 m2 house is located in a 5,000 m2 park in the private domain of the Beauvallon golf residences. It has a Mediterranean garden composed of cork oaks, arbutus, pines, olive trees and multiple species.
Fully air-conditioned, BOSE sound system, 5 bedrooms each with its bathroom.
You will have a private 18 x 6 heated infinity pool, secured with an alarm, pool house with fridge, plancha, shower and toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, laundry with washing machine and dryer
Fully fenced villa with caretaker at the entrance to the estate.

Really breathtaking view from the living area and terrace. And fantastic garden with such large pool that let you feel like swimming in heaven. Booking and stay have been fantastic! We will come back!

Beautiful Villa Zara

Just the most stunning villa and setting we’ve ever had the privilege of staying in. The view over the bay is breathtaking and the pool is the absolute focal point of the place. The house was immaculate and wonderfully contemporary. We were a little bit heartbroken to leave it!

So amazing - photos didn't do the property justice!

The landscape, views and outdoor spaces were so beautiful. Rarely do I want to spend as much time at a rental property, preferring more constant day trips. Here, we were so comfortable. The spaciousness made our group have privacy and lots of spaces to be together! We loved Villa Zara.

Fantastique Villa!

Waowww! Voici ce qui résume cette Villa et notre séjour de fin juin. Maison rénovée avec beaucoup de gout, mobilier intérieur et extérieur de très bonne qualité, volumes très agréables: nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants, et nous avions beaucoup de place. L'arrivée à la Villa était magique, une fois passée le portail, direction l'entrée de la maison où se situe un magnifique olivier très probablement centenaire. Et une fois poussée la grande porte d'entrée: la claque! Vous arrivez dans le salon principalement composé de baies vitrées qui vous offrent une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe de St-Tropez, et surtout sur la piscine miroir surdimensionnée: elle est simplement MAGNIFIQUE! Et que dire de l'immense jardin fleuri et arboré... Sublime. Bref, un petit coin de paradis dont il est difficile de se passer...

Très belle propriété et maison confortable. Piscine superbe, jardin paradisiaque et localisation parfaite. Internet et réseau intérieur de la maison très problématiques. L’eau chaude n’est pas suffisante pour une villa 5 chambres. L’accès aux invités dans le domaine est aussi très problématique. Nous y retournerons plus que certainement toutefois.

Villa perfekt, bis auf Kleinigkeiten.

Sehr schöne Villa in einer top Lage. Schöne Einrichtung. Würden die Villa jederzeit erneut buchen, allerdings ist die Warmwasserversorgung ziemlich schlecht für eine Villa mit diesem Preisniveau. Nachdem 6 Erwachsene duschten, mussten die restlichen 4 Erwachsenen mit lauwarmem Wasser duschen. Optional gab es noch eine Dusche am Poolhäusen mit einer eigenen Warmwasserversorgung. Die Mülleimer sollten noch täglich geleert werden. In Summe 8 von 10 Punkten!

Ein wundervolles Objekt mit Stil und Eleganz, welches unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen hat. Grandioser Pool, eine aussergewöhnlich grosszügig angelegte Gartenanlage, alles blitzsauber und ein toller Blick auf die Bucht von Grimaud. Trotz exponierter Lage sehr ruhig gelegenes Areal, alles sehr gut erreichbar zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen... Dietmar und Itana Zipper aus der Schweiz
