We love travelling to different destinations and experiencing different cultures and cuisines. On one of our travels we stayed in Porches and loved the natural beauty
of the area, and we decided to purchase a condo in the 'Areias de Porches' complex. We hope you will enjoy the area and its surroundings as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This modern condo complex is located in Alporchinos and is a 5 minute walk to the 2 of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve - Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova which are inter connected by a tunnel through the cliffs.

The condo comes with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom.
The master bedroom contains a safe for your use.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with views of the sea.
The condo comes with air conditioning and heating. The lounge/dining room leads to a balcony with panoramic views of the Ocean.

The condo complex consists of 3 communal swimming pools and a tennis court.
4 Sun Loungers are provided for use at the pool. 2 Beach Umbrellas are provided
for your enjoyment. 2 cooler bags with ice packs are also provided for your picnic at
the beach.

If you enjoy hiking, we recommend the cliff walks which have unparalleled
views of the ocean.
The 2 beautiful beaches, the Inter Marche grocery store and restaurants are all
within a 5 minute radius from the property.

Armacao de Pera is a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive and has numerous restaurants providing local and international cuisine to match every budget and
palate.

Porches is noted for its beautiful and colourful pottery. Shopping in Albufeira is
a 15 minute drive away.
