The apartment consists of a living room with views of the sea and the park. The living room - dining room has satellite television with the Astra system, also has an electric awning for the terrace and air conditioning. The double bedroom, also with air conditioning, has the bathroom en suite and has the same views as the living room. The second bedroom has 3 single beds and is very spacious. The apartment has another full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, micro, oven, fridge and frozen, etc. Behind the kitchen is the patio for breakfast or just resting. It also has a large storage room for luggage, bicycles, etc. The total area is 95 m2. Wifi is included in the price. The building has an elevator.
The minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Pets are allowed, if they are not very large, after consultation.

Nice appartment near the Centre of Roses

We enjoyed our stay in this appartment in the second week of October. The appartment is very comfortable, near the center, shops just around the corner. We loved the beautiful nature of Parc Natural Cap de Creus, made several walks and a trailrun in the mountains. And looked everyday day for another Cala to have a swim. Great place for a holiday!

Great stay

We had a lovely break in the apartment. It was situated a shortvwalk from the sea front with all its tapas bars and restaurants. Evelyn was a very helpful and accommodating host. The property was also well equipped. We would definitely recommend the area and apartment for a holiday by the sea. Thank you Eveyln.

Super Wohnung in Toplage. Mit Kindern ist man schnell zu Fuß am Strand, Supermarkt und Einkaufsstraßen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermietern ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement tout confort lumineux, propre, moderne très bien équipé, situé à deux pas de la plage et des commerces. La carte de stationnement est véritablement un plus. Hôte accueillante et sympathique (merci pour la petite bouteille de bienvenue). Séjour du 04/05 au 11/05/2024. nous retournerons dans cette location avec grand plaisir dès que possible.

Zonnig appartement met uitzicht centraal gelegen

Het appartement is meer dan van alle gemakken voorzien en alles was super netjes en schoon. Fijne ontvangst door eigenaresse die onze taal sprak en goede adviezen gaf. Het is centraal gelegen voor mooie wandelingen (langs boulevard maar ook in het achterland en cap de Creus). Als je kan klimmen kan je prachtige fietstochten maken, maar vlak kan ook. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt. Kortom een accommodatie om naar terug te keren.

Sehr schöne, wirklich sehr große und makellos saubere Wohnung in perfekten Zustand und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche super ausgestattet! Alles wirklich fabelhaft und genauso wie in der Beschreibung und Fotos. Sehr freundliche und überaus gastfreundliche Besitzerin. Der Begrüßungssekt war auch noch ein sehr sympathisches Willkommen! Wirklich alles unkompliziert. Sehr ruhige Straße, optímale Lage vor dem Strand, einfach nur durch den Park. Die elektrische Markise und Klimaanlage haben wir schon dankbar gebraucht und funktionierte perfekt. Meine Schwiegereltern waren begeistert und haben sich auch sehr über den Fahrstuhl und die Karte für den Parkplatz am Hafen für ihr Auto gefreut. Überall Geschäfte und der Strand vor der Wohnung erstklassig!

Bel appartement bien situé. Très propre. Bon contact et bon accueil par la propriétaire ! Seul bémol : les places de parking dans la rue sont rares, il faut se garer au parking du port, payant en haute saison... sinon tout est parfait!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Roses

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie liegt im Herzen von Roses, aber in einer weniger genutzten Seitenstrasse. Vom Balkon aus, kann man das Meer sehen und manchmal auch hören. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man so braucht. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Das Parken in der Strasse ist nicht immer möglich, aber dafür bietet die sehr nette Vermieterin eine gute Lösung an. Wir würden die Wohnungen jederzeit wieder mieten wollen.

Nette ruime goed uitgeruste appartement. Ligging tegenover het strand en dichtbij de stad. Parkeren bij de haven erg fijn als er geen plek in de straat is. Vriendelijke gastvrouw en goed bereikbaar. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad .

Uns fehlen fast die Worte. Wir fanden eine perfekte Wohnung vor, die blitz sauber war. Dann der Blick auf einen Park mit Strand und Yachthafen im Hintergrund. Alles perfekt!!! Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet allen Komfort. Die Lage ist unschlagbar mit Sicht auf einen Park und das Meer. Roses ist für uns Klein-Nizza Eveline ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin, freundlich , hilfsbereit und lieb.
