House located 4 minutes walk from the sandy beaches of Juan les Pins, Antibes town, bijou beach area. 2quipée of: internet, television, air conditioning, alarm, roller shutters with central lock. Terrace with all the equipment to lunch outside. All shops nearby (on foot), bus stop serving CANNES and NICE 50 meters. 2 parking spaces.
