The upper apartment has 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, 5 bathrooms. Comfort and aesthetics, terraces and solarium with views of the sea, are the strengths of this property.
The whole house can accommodate a large family or 2 families, or even a group of friends, thanks to his 7 bedrooms (13 beds) and 7 bathrooms.

It is located on the front line in a quiet and secure, without cars, on the Bay of Bonne Terrasse, 50 m. the sea and 500m. the famous Pampelonne beach. A very large swimming pool, gardens, protected parking and 3 tennis are part of the residence. Set on the small bay of Bonne Terrace, between Pampelonne Beach and Cape Camarat, this exceptional site allows you to live in peace, away from the life of St-Tropez while being very close.

This is a car-free village, ensuring the peace and safety of children. The car park is protected on the outskirts of the residence.

A small supermarket 2.5 km allows to live away from the summer traffic.

It's a small preserved paradise.
How luxury to be able to swim towards the rising sun, alone in the sea, before breakfast!

What a priviledge to leave children free in this village without cars and on his small beach, where they play with other children of next door's neighbours.

The pittoresque little town of St-Topez and all it's appeals so close!

And the ensurance to have sunshine nearly every day.

If you like sailing, don't miss the races of the "voiles de St-Tropez" (last week of September). You can see the sailing boats from your terrasse.
