The host was so welcoming, we were treated to a freshly made cake and a bottle of fizz! The lodge is beautifully kept, a fabulous location for day trips out. The lodge has the most amazing views, you can watch the oyster pickers on a morning then head down to the Crab Cafe for lunch to eat what they’ve collected that day.

Summer lodge

The lodge is in a beautiful location overlooking Chesil beach, it is very clean and well equipped. The hosts are welcoming and are easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Relaxing peaceful Holiday

Lodge was lovely and clean, in a beautiful position with lovely views, everything from booking the lodge to arriving was all communicated really well by the hosts, and the welcome cake and prosecco was a lovely touch.

What a glorious place!

Beautiful place, so well appointed and thoughtfully kitted out that it made our little holiday just perfect. Cracking views of the Fleet and Portland - great for bird watching and sunsets. I really hope I can stay again one day.

Just retured from our annual stay at the lodge and as always it was perfect. The lemon cake and prosecco is such a lovely touch but this year Susie also put a birthday cake out for my mum and a card as I had mentioned we were celebrating my mums 90th birthday, such a lovely thing to do.
