Great overall stay, plenty of space and the property was in a great location. The hot tub needed a little attention and the grill was very dirty. Host was responsive. Theater room and pool table were a hit with the kids.

The exterior doors inside need to be cleaned or painted around the door knobs. Also the basement shower door track needs cleaned to remove black mold. The media room was great!!

Near everything, beautiful wooded location, very comfortable beds, great amenities. Have a season pass to Dollywood. Plan on staying at this location when we visit again
