My only complaints are:1) the water in the kitchen sink and downstairs bathroom backed up2) we could have had a few more towels including washcloths, and the towels were a bit rough (not put in the dryer when previously washed.Very nice hosts!

Perfect house for 7 adults, plenty of indoor and outdoor space, great location walkable to both train station and beach. We appreciated the robes and extra pool towels, and the thoughtful welcome pack provided in the kitchen. Maria was so helpful and communicative.

The pictures about the property are not really accurate. They have been taken from a side angle which is deceptive. There are a lot of buildings close by & plenty of construction around. The pool is really tiny. Was advertised as a heated pool but that was not so, when we asked we were told we had to pay additional charges. When we refused to pay the host did turn the heating on.The beach was not far to walk but it’s not a pleasant walk.The apartment was well stocked and we did have a great stay. Not likely to stay there again.

Great host, location, and view.

We are a family of 4, and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool and the easy access to Estoril center, Cascais, Sintra, and Lisbon. Maria is a terrific host, and this was the perfect house for our stay in the area. We highly recommend!!!

Villa holiday

Lovely stay in a very well equipped villa. Worth having the pool heated if you’re staying when it’s cooler. Easy to get around by Bolt as it’s so cheap if the walking is too much, it only cost €13 to go to Sintra.

We very much enjoyed spending a few days in the Estoril/Cascais area. The apartment is very nice, great balcony with sea view and a nice plunge pool. Host was easy to connect to and very responsive and helpful

Wonderful Stay in Estoril

The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Beautiful views of the ocean from the covered porch were enjoyed by the entire family. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the main room was spacious. Maria made the checkin process very easy with good communication

Wonderful retreat

This is a wonderful property up in the hills of estoril with a beautiful partial view of the sea and neighborhood. While the house probably dates from the seventies/eighties everything works well

Amazing location with amazing views. Manager of the house super responsive and helpful. Couple of small things to improve on: need hand towels to wash and dry face, need paper towels (at least the first installment) to wipe off counters, and a wine opener. Otherwise, just a superb overall experience. Highly recommend this place.

Post exams girls trip

The Villa is in a lovely quiet spot minutes away from the lovely towns of Estoril and Cascais and it’s beaches. Amazing restaurants on the doorstep and everything within easy reach. The villa itself is very well equipped with everything you need. The owner could not be more helpful and accommodating and really made sure we had the best stay and made the most our time. It’s just lovely and would thoroughly recommend a stay here - we will be back!

Beautiful Property

Maria was a very nice host and communicated with us during our stay. The house is lovely and spacious, the backyard/pool area is gorgeous and the view is absolutely incredible. Maria left us a list of recommendations from restaurants to driver services (use Andreia's company and request Bruno T!) and they were all wonderful. Thank you for a lovely stay in Estoril!

Nice home - great location

The home is in a very nice location with a beautiful view of the sea. It also has a very nice yard with a small but lovely pool. The walk to the beach is easy and you can also walk to Cascais along the ocean. The home is dated but provides everything you need. Plus you will spend most of your time on the lovely balcony or yard weather permitting. Maria was also very accommodating.
