We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious house. The property itself is very well maintained and offers plenty of room, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking very enjoyable.The location is ideal both for a beach holiday and for exploring the surrounding area, including Sintra and Lisbon. Everything is easily accessible, which made our trips very convenient.Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed that the pool was not usable during our stay, as it only opens from May onwards. This information was not indicated on the booking page, so it came as an unpleasant surprise.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but clearer communication about the pool availability would have made the experience even better.

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt leider enttäuscht. Das Ferienhaus riecht stark nach Keller und Feuchtigkeit. Besonders die Schränke – auch die Küchenschränke – haben sehr unangenehm nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus zu feucht.Die Möbel sind alt und teilweise bereits kaputt. Der Wasserhahn war bei unserer Ankunft undicht, wurde aber immerhin am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht.Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt ist die Lage direkt an der Straße. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, mussten wir nachts die Fenster öffnen, wodurch der Straßenlärm sehr störend war. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken.Auch die Außenmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Liegen sind alt und der Sonnenschirm war fleckig und ebenfalls stark abgenutzt.Insgesamt entspricht das Ferienhaus für uns nicht dem Preis, den wir bezahlt haben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht leider nicht.

Hi Irina. We were always in constant communication with you and I don't feel it's fair to rate the whole property base on a chair and a broken tile in the floor. None of this affected your stay at all. The chair had a pillow on top and we were unaware of this. But I want to point out that this chair is from a bedroom, so again it wouldn't affect anyone's stay.
