This was a great stay for my 30th birthday. Everything was very easy and reasonable. We couldn’t figure out how to work the steam room but it was warm enough we were fine.

Amazing villa. We were there as a group of 13 with ages ranging from 3 to 73. The villa was great for all ages. the children really enjoyed the pool. The older ones loved the gate way from the villa directly on to the rocky shoreline where they could swim and snorkel in the sea. Although it was rocky, getting into the water and out again was very easy with steps just a few metres from the villa. It was only a few hundred yards along to a sandy beach for those who wanted that. There are many good restaurants and takeaways within comfortable walking distance of the villa. Although bolt taxis are very cheap being around 5-7 euro to most restaurants in Marsaskala. Amanda was really helpful in answering any questions about the villa before we got there. She also arranged for our transport to and from the airport. She was very good with any queries while we were there and had somebody there to sort out any problems within minutes of letting her know. Overall a very good villa and we would certainly use it again if we were heading to Malta.

Entertaining Oasis

The home is beautiful with access to the beach, amazing poolside lounging, a beautiful open floor plan, comfortable bedrooms and baths and the game room / spa space that is un-matched. I would encourage everyone to stay here.

Fantastic location for a family holiday

The property is exactly as described and was perfect for our family holiday with age ranges ftom 18 to 85. There were a few issues that needed sorting and Amanda wad quick to resolve them. The rocky beach just outside was a serious plus as our family loved snorkeling from there and seeing so many fish. This was a real added bonus. The Bolt taxis meant my dad (who has very limited mobility) could join us everywhere we went and the lift in the villa also was brilliant so he could access all areas

Beautiful villa for a large group

Beautiful villa that looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect for a large group, it has all the amenities you need. The pool is not heated and so was quite cold, but a beautiful view and direct access to the sea. The games room and underground spa were great. There is also an external company they work with that will organise various activities, which made our stay extra special and easy.

Spectacular Property and Location

This property is a wonderful oasis by the sea, which far exceeded all expectations. Everything about the property is amazing, starting with the ocean view, the gorgeous deck with pool and waterfall, beautifully designed kitchen and dining area, the comfortable well-appointed rooms, the endless entertainment options, hot tub, steam bath and large private garage. We loved our stay here, and were truly sad to leave. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful holiday! The house is everything we needed to enjoy the Mediterranean at our doorstep, the pool, spa, games, main living area with beautiful views and well appointed bedrooms and baths. Amanda was terrific, helping us with everything we needed, and made checkin and out easy. Mathew arranged two wonderful evenings for us with delicious chef prepared meals!

The perfect place!

An amazing house for the 12 of us. Plenty of space to spread out. Great kitchen. Wonderful outdoor space. We used Njoy to coordinate airport transfers, private chef, and excursions. Everything went as planned. Loved every minute of the week!

The property is as beautiful as seen in the photos, but still managed to exceed our expectations for a rental! It was a quiet and relaxing place to call home. The ocean views were amazing and the outdoor space worked really well - great pool layout for kids, plenty of shaded options over the dining and loungers. The location is off the beaten path for tourism, but meant living more like a local and a sacrifice we were glad we made for such a beautiful property. While the "beach" in front of the house is rock, many locals would lounge there and swim. There was also a sand beach with chairs a 10 minute walk away. We would love to come back!

Great Villa for fun days

The Villa is huge and is great located. Everything was clean. Some rooms have a bit high humidity. The terasse is stunning! Only some Chlor tabs for the Whirlpool would be great because after two days using it, the water smells disgusting. All in all we had a great stay

Even better than the pictures !

What a villa... words can't explain what we felt at our arrival. The view and the villa are outstanding. Everything inside the villa is done with style and the pool is breathtaking (not saying that because it was cold in December ^^) But those 3 days would not be that perfect without the help, follow up and kindness of our host Amanda ! Thank you for this experience !
