Lovely villa

Beautiful villa, exactly as shown and described on the website, lovely pool area and garden with outside seating areas to front and back. The villa is equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Location is excellent, in a quiet area, but only half a mile walk to the nearest beach and a further 1.5 miles to the old town. We would definitely recommend this property.

Extraordinary journey!

Great stay. Vlado was punctual in his messages and on the one occasion we had a small issue (our fault) was straight over to fix it. This is a nice property in a good location… close enough to a nice beach and the old town, yet just far enough to be ‘away from it’ with some private space to relax.

perfect choice!

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, great location and impressive hospitality. Just far enough away to feel isolated but within a stones throw of the nearest bars and restaurants. Stayed for 2 weeks. Beach is only 10min walk and beautiful Rovinj a further 15 but worth the effort. It seems to go quite quick after a few glasses of local grappa! An evening boat excursion was a great way to see the town and adjacent islands with a fantastic sunset. The clean pool and immaculate garden was a welcome sight every day. The owners were prompt with any response to questions and concerns. This is definitely on our list to return one day.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, super freundliche Kommunikation. Die Lage war perfekt - nah an der Stadt & am Meer und dennoch super ruhig zum entspannen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
